"Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch was absolutely wonderful. The property, service, and team on-site were exceptional and truly lived up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. In particular, the reservations and concierge team were proactive, kind, and extremely helpful in resolving a pre-arrival issue that required flexibility and attention. Unfortunately, my experience with Hotels.com customer support prior to the stay was very disappointing. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a clear or timely response from Hotels.com regarding a reservation modification. The situation was only resolved thanks to the hotel directly, who stepped in, adjusted the dates, and provided written confirmation to ensure there were no issues upon arrival. While the hotel delivered a flawless experience, the lack of support and follow-through from Hotels.com made the process unnecessarily stressful. Based on this experience, I would strongly consider booking directly with the hotel in the future rather than through the platform. "
