"This is a great small rental. Perfect for two couples. Our problem is with the poor WiFi that does not support the TV nor regular WiFi browsing. We tested the signal numerous times and finally asked to move the next day. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay without WiFi, this is a really nice place. The service from the rental company was very helpful but I would consider another place if you need working WiFi or tv. "

"Great cabin & neighborhood, but the yard leaves some to be desired. The fenced in area for dogs is broken &/or gapped & the rest of the yard is not well maintained. Additionally, since there's no AC I would recommend screened windows & doors to keep out bugs when letting in a cool breeze. Overall, though, it was a very nice stay. "

"The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. "
