The pics are misleading. Its a completely broken down property. I passed by the property twice because i couldnt recognize it at all. It looked like a building in ruins.The rooms stink and they donot have hot water option.

I absolutely loved staying here. I looked around at a bunch of options and if you want you own room/own bathroom for a great price, this is the place for you. It is a no-frills hotel and what you see is what you get. If you are looking for 5-star luxury, this is not the place for you. If however, you are looking for a great place to sleep after a day of exploring Goa, with great AC and great wifi (worked in common area and in room) then this is the place for you. The gentlemen who was working while I visited could not have been any more hospitable. Its close to bars, restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. I will be back.
