It is unfortunate you happened to stay during heat wave and even though we tried our best to provide guest with some mobile AC so that it will be cooler in the room, we see that we fell short by satisfing you.

As for the TV, I don't know if you made us aware of the problems but if so I am so sorry that we were not able to repair it. As for the breakfast, we deeply apologize you were told to leave the breakfast room at 10:55. Our breakfast is indeed until 11. Although we do start to clear out the buffet at 11, you are always welcome to get some more food right before we do and you can sit in the breakfast room past 11. Our deepest apologies that this was not properly done. We will pass this feedback on to our breakfast staff.
