"I want to start off by saying the hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had an issue with the carpet and they had someone put in an hour. The house is amazing and spacious located in the mountains to enhance the experience with so many attractions located nearby. Although the house was amazing in many ways, there is so much room for improvements. "place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt."

"Awkward, tight layout. When table is open the fridge can only be opened part way. Have to stand on a padded footstool to reach pots or pans. Also very hard to reach glasses/dishes. Thermostat is next to only window so sleep temp is very hard to control as it's 67 even with the heat off. Bed is comfortable. Resort shuttle is very good and free. Ski valet is very good and boot locker room. No way could more than 2 people fit though. Only place to store suitcases was up high above the closets. ...
