This was perfect for our family. It was clean, location was great, and very accommodating. The beds were our only complaint; a pillow top cover on the king bed would be a nice inexpensive upgrade. If they did that I would definitely rent this again.

Nice place, clean and well maintained with good quality fixtures and appointments. There are several nice touches that make the stay feel upscale. Our only disappointment was with the larger resort facility. It felt more like a poorly staffed Holiday Inn than "Zermatt" a luxury tesort. The overall layout of the resort also seemed "thrown together" as opposed to thoughtfully planned.
