"Very small room, the bathroom is awfully small, the hotel is well located in downtown"

"Highly recommend. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and location. The staff was very personable and so friendly."

"This was the most amazing experience my boyfriend and I have ever had! The staff was so friendly and helpful with accommodating our needs! Everything was very clean and not to mention the awesome snacks they leave for you! We will be staying again!"

"Gracias.

"Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. Eric truly goes out of his way to make everything perfect, and everyone feel welcome. We especially enjoyed breakfast, which was delicious every day, and the hot tub is a don’t miss as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Big Water, you found it! Thanks again, Eric!"

"A pleasent stay at a very reasonable rate. Would recomend to others."

"Fantastic stay! The kids loved the ping pong table and I liked being so close to town! We walked to the downtown shops every day!"

"It was a wonderful place to stay for the price. Would recommend considering having a designated smoking/vaping area for smoking guests. The place was clean, peaceful, close to nearby restaurants. The hot tub was nice after two days of hiking Zion and Bryce Canyon. Host was very responsive. We would stay again."
