Front desk employee rude
"I generally like this hotel. This time I thought the front desk employee, who I had to call to help me, was rude. I’ve never had a problem at this hotel. Incidental fees are through the roof. Make sure you have $100 extra, for what? Sleeping."

"221 sink faucet running constantly. If you play with it a bit, you can adjust the handle to a certain position to get it to slow. Edge trim on table falling off. Everything else is fantastic."
