Quest Petone
Room was clean and tidy. Just not enough coffee for 2 people to have an evening coffee and one in morning. Only 3 packets. Our issue was check in. Needed a car park and didn’t realise that we had to book in the car as well as the room.

BKs Premier Motel Esplanade
Room was in great condition but my room was on the road side and kept me awake all night with large trucks driving past

Settlers Motor Lodge
An improvement in the booking in and checking out. There could easily be a key drop box at the location for early check out rather than having to go up the road. Clearer instructions needed for checking You actually go left not right!

The Sebel Wellington Lower Hutt
It’s our go-to hotel when catching the Interislander ferry . Clean tidy and accommodating with 24/7 check in having regard to very late check !
