"The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland. Our assigned room had been programmed with the correct door code, but it was not ready for occupancy; it had not been cleaned or “turned over” from the previous renter. "We stayed while the storm was passing through, I believe this was the only place on the road to Hana which had power and water as they are self suffiecient. The gardens were gorgeous and Michael and Terry were very good hosts. The location was exactly as described in the listing."

"Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again."
