House was amazing! View was amazing!! More than we expected!! Minor things, the dart board and basketball hoop electronics didn’t work. Downstairs bathroom door did not lock. These are minor things but should be repaired. Hit tub was a pleasant on a cool night! Definitely would stay again!

Were very excited for the 2night, 3day stay and message in advance to confirm we would be with children and family for a 8 person stay. While the home and location were lovely, we were expecting a bit better considering the cost, online presentation, and "fun and games" listing.The home is lovely with layout, views, and decor, but unfortunately wasnt cleaned completely and we discovered that games/entertainment amenities such as pop-a-shot basketball hoops, pool table, arcade machine, shuffleboard had random utencils sitting in it, and dart machine weas not setup for play, damaged, or properly functioning shortly upon arrival. This was disappointing as we planned to play indoors quite a bit with small children with the local air quality being affected by the nearby Bear Gulch Wildfires. We did explain to the issue to the online support via Vacasa's host page, but they were not helpful beyond reporting and getting us in touch with the local team member/host representative were ended up offering us a partial refund to help make the situation right. All in all, the home has all the makings for a great getaway with family, unfortunately the circumstance and lack of preparation resulted in a disappointing stay.

The good: view is amazing. Hot tub was great. Home was clean and presentable on the inside.The bad: most people are going to choose this home for the game room. The game room looks spectacular in the pictures. We discovered that the arcade machine does not even turn on. The dartboard does not turn on or light up. The basketball hoop does not turn on or light up. The ice hockey table only keep score on one side. The pool table only has three post sticks… One is good, one is really crooked, and one is completely broken.When I reported these findings, I received a generic reply that my feedback has been sent to the local team. After digging a little more, we discovered that many have already complained about the game room, not fully functioningMy frustration is, this is an expensive rental. Most folks are going to choose it for the game room. At this price, you should get what you think you’re paying for… A fully functioning game room.

House is huge plenty of bedrooms nice back yard for dog to run.We really enjoyed our stay the only hiccup we encountered ice maker in refrigerator not working. On our 2nd day grill stop working.We called the company about this response was oh let us take care of but it didn’t happen.Pots & pans are so bad need to invest in a new set.

Great Weekend Getaway

Beautiful location, spacious home plenty of room for family, friends and kids alike. Enjoyed playing ALL the games available. Terrific girls weekend. Looking forward to staying here again.

70th Birthday with friends

Winter stay with 8 (60) plus adults. Loved the game area and large tables for card games and dining. We even did a polar plunge. Location is close to restaurants and a casino. So much to do. Only suggestion would be to repair loose heater vent in kitchen floor.

Wonderful House. Will come back

The house was fantastic. The only issues were, the dishwasher did not work, the Dart board and video game did not work.(I see several other reviews stating the same things) There were no directions on how to use any of the games or the hot tub. A book with instructions would be a nice thing to have. And the covers for the outdoor furniture were all wet, so we couldn't sit out there, which was a bummer. Trying to contact the Vacasa property manager with questions was a bit difficult. We had to go to the Vacasa website and got stuck in a big loop. But that is NOT the property owners fault. Despite all that, the house was wonderful, comfy, cozy, and perfect for our stay. We would LOVE to come again. Hopefully, all those issues will be fixed by then. .

Great layout for large group

House layout and views were great. Beds were comfortable but lacking blankets and pillows for downstairs bedroom. Property Mgmt was super quick with responses and very accommodating. Unfortunately we were disappointed that there was only 1 wine glass, dishwasher was broken, dishes and silverware were not clean so had to use paper and plastic utensils or wash dishes by hand. Game room was also a let down since many of the games didn’t work. Need to fix this or take off their marketing. Driveway getting to property is very steep and cars can bottom out. Not a good area for walks. We were reimbursed for cleaning fees and our purchase of plastic cups which was much appreciated.

Great view...house is dirty

Was told there was a keurig pot but not the case so was unprepared. The house was very dirty and there was a Dr Pepper bottle and garbage on the doorstep left my house keeping when we got there.

Very nice!

Really a beautiful house in a very scenic location. The teens really couldn’t get enough of the games on the ground level and we enjoyed the view - it couldn’t be nicer. We had to re-wash the dishes and cookware we wanted to use, but everything was provided that we might have needed. The railing on the deck should to be addressed as it could be a safety issue. But still, a beautiful property and we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

Fun family vacation!

The house was huge! It was perfect set up for the kids (4 of them, ages 5-10) downstairs and they loved all of the games and activites! Perfect house for a great family vacation with plenty of room for everyone! Loved it!

Gorgeous Home (but not for gaming)

The house is gorgeous and the view is perfection. There is tons of room in this house so perfect for large gathering. It was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We were excited to play the games advertised in the list (a big part of the reason we rented this property) but most of them were broken or missing components (like the pucks for air hockey.) There is a local property manager who was very responsive and dropped us off batteries for the remotes that weren't working, but unfortunately wasn't able to fix the broken machines. Definitely not a deal breaker but something to be aware of if you're looking forward to the games. The property managers were unaware of this and unwilling to offer any compensation when we brought it up (even though the games are a huge part of the listing's key selling points.)

Pretty view, clean

A beautiful view, very clean (5 stars), and plenty of space. That said, there’s a few things that need stocking: wine glasses (there was only one), dishware, paper towels, kitchen supplies, kitchen towels (we had to use bathroom towels) — and a few appliances that need some TLC because they aren’t working properly - coffee maker, stovetop and dryer. We would stay again for the view and space and comfort, but would check with property manager first to make sure appliances have been fixed and house has been more well stocked.
