"This stay was nothing short of perfect, in large part due to Melba and her family were incredible hosts. My husband and I drove up from TN for a family reunion, and loved having a place to stay all to ourselves. The location was great--only about 20 minutes to where we needed to go in any direction. "We travel with two dogs and a service dog. I called this motel on the day I was booking our room. I made arrangements prior to booking with the motel for the 2 dogs and my service dog. Upon arrival the desk clerk wanted proof that my service dog was certified, something that does not exist. I offered to give the clerk a copy of the ADA guidelines but instead he wanted me to pay cash for the dog deposit for the other 2 dogs and if I paid cash he would give me a discount.
