"I’m still here, I booked a week at first but added 4 more days onto it.Absolute first class place, everything is perfection, not a thing to complain about.This is the second time we’ve been here with our 3 dogs and we’ve come back to show it off to our daughter and son in law. They are hooked too. The garden is so safe and enclosed, the dogs think they are in heaven.Bed was absolutely top notch, best 12 nights sleep ever. "Didn’t meet the host but lots of useful info left about the property and appliances leaving etc including local areas of interest and a visitors book to leave any comments. Small but welcoming and comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need for any length stay."

"A lovely cottage. Great for a weekend away. Slept well. Bed comfy. Heating works well . Cooked a couple of meals with no problems. A small milk provided which was very kind. A basic television and some dvds which you can play . Good WiFi . The cottage is small down stairs which was great for us as a couple but you can sleep four people in the cottage which is fine but a family may fine it a little small . We went to visit a couple of national trust properties and had a lovely time ."

"Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). "I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. We knew it was remote but anyone not wanting to walk may find it a bit remote. Had a fantastic stay with some great...
