Views Galore!

Fantastic property! The views are unreal. Very comfortable home with a gorgeous view from so many windows. Highly recommend this home. Great host with great communication. House is fully equipped for everything. Great relaxing quiet stay. Thank you!

Dream Getaway for Food Lovers

My friends and I had the most incredible getaway at this house. We cooked lavish meals and found the kitchen to be more than adequate! We were obsessed with the enormous kitchen island and created a food altar on it. The host was really easy to communicate with. All of the notes on the driveway were accurate, you should definitely either have a 4WD car or a back up this driveway and do your very best to arrive before dark. This house has the most gorgeous view and the property is beautiful! The hot tub was luxurious but definitely make sure to start heating it as soon as you get there as it takes a while to warm up. Once warm, it easily stays warm and sitting in the tub looking out on the value is a real treat.

Relaxing and private

Emir's house was exactly what we needed after our 3 days of camping. It has a nice open layout and wrap around deck that makes the most out of the pool and hot tub area, with a beautiful view across the valley while being completely private and quiet. Everything was clean, well stocked, and worked as instructed, including the A/C thankfully. I could see regular 2WD cars having a hard time with the entry road, but it wasn't an issue with our 4WD truck. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful property! Much larger than the pictures, both the interior and exterior. Spent almost all of our time in the yard enjoying the pool, hot tub, and views. Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing getaway with easy access to amenities!

My wife and I have an annual tradition of spending a long weekend in Ukiah, and this is by far the best property we’ve rented in the area. Clean, well-maintained, great amenities, tons of privacy, comfortable and a fantastic host all combine to make this a top notch stay!

Clean modern retreat

Modern beautiful on top of a mountain retreat. The views were spectacular. The house is very clean and aesthetic and comfortable. We had a family thanksgiving, young kids running around enjoying the deck, eating outside. Perfect setting

Just as expected

We had a lovely time at the house in Ukiah. It was everything we had hoped, with an inviting open kitchen and awesome pool area off the master bedroom. Loved being able to let our dog off leash and be certain she wouldn't get lost or in trouble on the large property. Loved star gazing at night and hot tubbing early in the morning before getting into the pool. We had everything we needed and enjoyed scoping out Ukiah on our way out of town. Would definitely stay again. Even floated it for an upcoming family visit as an option.

Awesome spot just off the beaten path.

Amazing place to spend time with friends and family. Only issue is the driveway to the property can be a little sketchy. Definitely bring a good driver or four-wheel drive car. But other than that this property is unbelievable... has plenty of extra blankets and pillows for everyone. Pool is as refreshing as can be and the hot tub is amazing at night while you're relaxing. Also one of the best spice rack selections I've ever seen. Especially at a Rental. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend a friend.

Great Getaway!

We loved our time at Emir's spot up on the hill. Everything was lovely and the location is unbeatable. The house was clean, well appointed and had everything we could have wanted. We were warmly welcomed with a thorough and complete orientation letter from Emir. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing views, great house

We had a great stay this past weekend and can't wait to go back! The views are beautiful out of every window and the sunsets were gorgeous. We hung out on the large deck with hot tub and nice furniture. The house itself was spotless, we have two little crawling babies and didn't worry about cleanliness at all. The beds were comfy, the dog loved wandering the property. What can we say, it was perfect!

Amazing stay!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this property. The whole place is gorgeous, from the house to the pool to the views. The host gave us a ton of information on the area, which includes some amazing wine tasting. We would come back here for another relaxing weekend in a heart beat!

Great Scenic Getaway

Our family had a wonderful week away! The property is very private with amazing views, perfect to get away from it all while still being close enough to town to pick up anything you need. Being able to look out over the rolling hills from the pool and hot tub is especially nice. If we’re ever in the area again we’d definitely book another stay here!

Wonderful property & amazing host!

Emir was such a great host! He was very responsive to any problems that we had throughout our stay (and even left us with a bottle of wine upon arrival!). The property itself is tremendous! Definitely would not be opposed to staying here again. 5 stars.
