"If I could give Valerie’s place more than 5 stars I would. This is the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the amazing backyard garden with the fountain and many seating options was just what we needed after a long day’s drive. The cottage is well stocked with snacks and fresh baked good were provided in the morning. I will definitely stay here again if I’m going through Ukiah. "

"We really liked the house. Everything was charming, neat, and clean. The kitchenware was lovely, and the mattresses suited us perfectly. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Just one little cherry missing on top of the cake — tea is absolutely essential… both black and green. The air conditioners were powerful, and the neighborhood was pleasant. Thank you for the wonderful home!"

"The cabin was clean and perfect for our family for the size of 7 we still had plenty of room. Nice and quiet location with a back yard view. You can also fish in the back from your porch but the only thing is at night is do not open the back patio door or mesquitos will get inside. "

"We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! We needed to get our annual planning for 2025-26 done quickly and the best way to do that was to get away from our day-to-day lives and location.Linda's home is lovely, extremely comfortable and has ideal amenities and is a perfect balance between quiet and easily accessible.We had a great visit! "I came up with my teenage son and some of his far-flung friends who usually only meet on zoom and wanted to have a getaway together. They cooked, hiked and played board games. Everyone liked the house. It looked even nicer than the pictures. Very roomy. Lovely rural area to explore. Everything we could want for our stay except the wifi could be better. There was decent cell service though."
