We were a group of ten from Australia. Upon arrival at the house, Rika was there to welcome us and show us through He brought brekkie every morning and tended to house and rooms.The house is fabulous although a bit noisy from one floor to the other if you're heavy footed. Views to distant mountains are special. Watching locals tending rice paddies as well.

The house was simply beautiful and the property managers took care of everything for us. Arranging drivers, tours, massages, laundry, food, we didn’t have to worry about anything! Our driver Jero made sure we went to all the best spots, recommended the best restaurants and was flexible when plans changed. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home and setting. I had messaged ahead to see if they spray for mosquitoes and they do not. It would also be helpful for the owners to know that they need to regularly spray for ants. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating and cleaned and sprayed for ants when we asked, helped with Grab rides and cooked breakfast. The location lends to some insect issues and it was not a huge problem and didn’t dampen our experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nautilus tree house. The house was very spacious and clean, just like in the photos! It could easily accommodate a larger group but it was also perfect for our family of 6. My parents were able to stay on the ground floor bedroom which was great because they didn’t have to navigate the stairs. The second floor had 3 bedrooms with king beds and en-suite baths. The third floor is like a pirate’s nest (aptly named) with 3 beds (1 king and 2 twins), a separate bathroom and a lookout window which would be amazing for kids. Our teens decided to stay on the second floor with us. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings. There are near by restaurants for lunch and dinner.There is parking in front of the house inside the complex and laundry is available for an extra cost. We didn’t really use the pool because we were out most of the days and used Ubud as a base to explore. Just a word of caution that the traffic in Bali is really, really bad and difficult to drive in. In hind sight, I would definite take advantage of the car service the villa offered.

Uniquely Remarkable Place

Tucked away next to some rice fields near Ubud is a remarkable house built around the trees of Bali. Staffed by the spectacular Darma, Ligga and April, we experienced the best that Bali has to offer in their hospitality.The house itself is designed with four amazing cabins and a loft which can sleep three children. Appropriately named the Pirates loft, children can camp in there and experience a truly unique experience. In the mornings, after breakfast that is provided by Lingga, the infinity pool awaits with views of Bali jungle, Papaya trees and the unique Bali irrigation system.We greatly enjoyed our time in Nautilus and highly recommend it to anyone for future stays.

Treehouse in paradise!

Wonderful home in gorgeous surroundings just outside the craziness of Ubud. Walking distance to restaurants and a great base for exploring the area. Lovely staff that kept the rooms clean and delivered breakfast each morning. The only downside was the cleanliness of the pool, it was not maintained well at all. Someone came and tried to clean it up but it was quite murky and grubby again the next day. Other than that, all was fantastic, would definitely stay again. Perfect for a large family group.

Villa nautilus UBUD

Merveilleux séjour dans cette villa très atypique. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. Le personnel de maison était aux petits soins pour que nous puissions passer de bonnes vacances. Le manager de la villa était très à l'écoute de nos désirs. Un endroit à recommander sans hésiter. Merci pour tout

Private getaway

Nautilus treehouse is well set out for large groups or families. The common area is large. 2 big tables. The kitchen provided a nice meal. Breakfast is cooked elsewhere and delivered but we opted to cook our own. Crepes and mi goreng nice. 5 bedrooms with king or double beds and own bathrooms. 1 is outside from pool area. All adequate and have individual air conditioning. Nice setting off busy road in rice paddies and tall trees by water course that was dry when we were there. We had parents and 4 adult children and we all had good space away from each other in own rooms. Wifi adequate for general use.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour pour les 40ans de mon mari. Nous étions une vingtaine de personnes sejournant dans la villa. Tout était parfait. Seul bémol, il ne faut plus faire de bruit après 22h. Même parler dans la piscine nous a été reproché par les voisins après cette horaire. Mise à part cela, la villa et sa location sont idyllique. Merci a Darma et à son équipe d'avoir pris soin de nous. We had a great stay for my husband's 40th birthday. We were about twenty people staying in the villa. Everything was perfect. Only one thing to complain about is that you can't make any noise after 10 p.m. Even talking in the swimming pool was reproached to us by the neighbors after this time. Apart from that, the villa and its location are idyllic. Thanks to Darma and his team for taking care of us.

Peaceful location

Glorious

The images of the property speak for themselves, the treehouse main room, bedrooms and pool are marvelous! But even better is the care and attention provided by Darma and the villa staff. They managed to strike the perfect balance between always being available when we needed something (e.g. arranging a car and driver; preparing dinner at the villa) while at the same time managing never to be intrusive. It was the perfect stay.
