The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable self-catering stay, with a washing machine for added convenience. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the lounge, creating a space that is intimate yet spacious. The lounge is bathed in natural light streaming in from the large windows. The space is stylishly furnished with a comfortable 2-seater couch, modern coffee table and a flatscreen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a nightstand. Additionally, this room contains a wardrobe that provides ample space for clothing and storage. The bathroom contains a tiled shower, washbasin, and toilet.
This property is located in a secure complex that provides on-site security and undercover parking. Backup water tanks can also be found on the premises to guarantee that guests always have access to clean water. The complex also boasts a heated swimming pool that is open to communal use and its own spa that residents are welcome to visit.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
