I took my 2 foster girls, 4 and 5, and my 2 young adult daughters, and we had an awesome time. Nothing can beat looking out over the ocean. The place was very clean with extra beach chairs. I would come again.The only negative is the non-working garage doors, which haven't worked for a long time. So it was difficult getting in and out. I looked at one garage door: it was missing a drive belt, and the second door motor was just plain dead.

The property was great! Huge kitchen, super clean and great views. There was only 1 teensy issue. Seems previous guest was a bit too robust for dining room chair and possibly tried to hide it. We texted right away so that next guests wouldnt go yhroigh it, they answered immediately. As there are 6 chairs and only 4 of us. The location is awesome. We didnt even get to pool, went to beach instead. Just kept our beach stuff in our cars in garage. Its an easy drove to Savannah. We went to Skidaway to do some hiking(aka walking, lol) and UGA campus aquarium(mainly to walk the beatiful grounds, though for little ones it would be great) For those who workout and dont want to skip while away, theres a great YMCA with great equipment. And, of course, restaurants everywhere., with the obligatory visit to the Crab Trap. Great food. The only caveat to condo is when they say midsize to small vehicle, it applies as parking is pretty tight. But it is covered, locked and your own garage doors for 2 spaces. We will definitely go back. Maybe next time we will bring our hubbies. Thank you for ensuring everything was great!

Great beachfront condo

We luv the condo! It had everything we needed & the rental co was fabulous & very responsive. It would’ve been perfect if the 1st bay garage door hadn’t broken but we appreciate being allowed to park in the owners spaces near the fence.

Perfect location on TyBee Island!

The property is located across a quiet street from the beach, which was a perfect location for us. The condo was immaculate with very comfortable beds. Everything we could want was provided. There were several very good restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend the property and will try to stay there again next time we are in the area.

We were pleased with how clean and comfortable our rental was. The only thing that was misleading is that one of the bedrooms was without a window and very stuffy. Also, it had a view of a parking lot where it was a little sketchy at night.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was so clean which made me very happy. The beds, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. The beach access was right across the street so it was very easy and quick to get to. We enjoyed food from Spankys and Fannies next door. My kids loved how close the shops and ice cream were. The only thing I could complain about, which has nothing to do with the owner or manager, Saturday night there were like 4 different incidents of loud arguments and fights leaving the bar next to Spankys. The cops were called a few times, this was late in the evening and early morning we could hear everything from the master bedroom. We stayed 4 nights and this was the only night that this happened. I think we still would rent this condo again because everything else was perfect.

Comfortable stay, great location!

This condo was perfect for our vacation to Savannah with our grandson. It is a very close walk to the beach, nicely decorated and very roomy. Lots of beach shops and restaurants within walking distance. To It’s a convenient drive taking less than 30 minutes to Savannah and about 50 minutes to the airport. Management team was very responsive and resolved a noise issue that presented itself in the middle of the night and they also followed up the next morning, which was much appreciated.

Gorgeous place

Condo was very spacious and close to everything. Nice view of the ocean, pier and great for people watching! Nicely decorated and clean. The only 2 complaints we had are the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and due to the location it was noisey but that is to be expected, just keep that in mind. Otherwise it was great!

Great little place

Overall we had a great stay here. Tybee Island is beautiful and quaint. The condo was well kept and well stocked. Very clean. We had an issue with the heater not working (it was 63 degrees inside!) They were very communicative and had someone out in 4 hours to fix it. My only real complaint was the pool being closed. One of the main reasons I paid the premium for this place was to have a heated pool for my kids to swim on Thanksgiving day because we knew everything else would be closed. So it was very disappointing to learn that morning that it was closed. But overall we had a great stay at this property and the view is wonderful!
