Was hoping for more.
Communication was great up to me communicating problems with the property upon arrival. When we arrived there was a full garbage can on the patio filled with trash, with no trash bag, beer cans all over next to the trash can. Patio area was covered in dirt and leaves with sections of heavy dirt that had been there for a long time. Accommodations were good, but the floors were so dirty that everyone's bare feet were black everyday from walking on the floors. There was moldy coffee left in the coffee maker, and hair and gross debris around the toilet in the downstairs area. Some of these concerns were shared, and we took pictures upon arrival, they requested me to send the pictures but the email on the messanger starred out the actual address, when I let them know that, comms stopped and did not here from them about anything. The vacation went well, but for 900/night I was expecting more. The comms for check-in, check out were great, and the property did the trick of allowing my family to be in one place and spend time together, but they need to fire the property manager and get someone to care for the property better. The black feet is absolutely disgusting. We had to spend over an hour cleaning so we could have our children enjoy the space comfortably. I did not ask, nor do I really want anything back, but the fact that comms went silent after concers were raised tells me all I need to know.
