The condo was great. However, map of the buildings was very lacking. Never found the way to the beach. Luckily had family staying in one that was on the beach. Also, the rooms signs were gone so took 30 minutes to find upon arrival.

One of the best parts was the easy and convenient parking—no stress at all, even during busy hours. The location was great too, close to the beach and local spots. Would definitely stay here again!

If the picture was supposed to be the unit. It no longer looks like this. The unit was clean but a strong pot odor hits you in the face on the first day. It did go away.

This was a huge condo on the corner. It was clean, steps from the beach, easy parking, and pet friendly. I would stay here again.

A relaxing time.

The location of the condo is excellent and very acceptable if you have love ones who have mobility issues due to older age. The adjustable king size bed was wonderful to have. The staff at the whole place were very professional and accommodating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was nice, but the problem was that I had to pay $125 cleaning fee only to be advised that we had to stripe the beds, put all the towels all in one place, take all the garbage out, put all the dishes in the dish washer. Why should there be a fee when I HAD TO DO HALF THE CLEANING, WHO GOES ON VACATION TO DO THAT?The restaurant was closed for two days.Too many demands, I will not recommend or stay here again .

With a family of four, it gave us plenty of room in a clean and beautiful space. Property was nicely located. The space served our needs, but we have stayed at better appointed places which include a few staples and a better equipped kitchen. There were some light bulbs out and the blinds weren't all operational (or may have been operator error).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I didn’t like the fact that I have to pay 150$ for cleaning service yet I have to strip the beds and clean up. The glasses were all dirty dishes weren’t clean either. The TV was broadcasting in both English and Spanish which was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Was very annoying. Multiple signs posted around the condo on how I will pay more if I do this or that was a bit over the top. People were very friendly and the deck had great food and drinks but an obnoxious woman at the bar was so loud she should have been cut off for sure. All in all it was a good stay. The washer and dryer worked good so that was a pleasant surprise.

Four adults and two young children enjoyed the pools, the less crowded beach, and close proximity to Crab Shack, our favorite restaurant when we come Tybee. Also enjoyed AJs on the marsh side. Unit needed attention to broken headboards but would still consider returning.
