  • Celebrar la belleza de Tybee y la belleza de la familia en este apartamento con suficiente espacio para todos! Este amplio de tres dormitorios, dos baños unidad tiene capacidad para un máximo de diez personas, con un montón de espacio para el tiempo en familia o tiempo a solas! El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king-size y baño principal adjunta, además de su propio balc��n privado frente al mar. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas tamaño queen y un montón de espacio en el suelo, mientras que el tercero tiene una cama de tamaño completo. Los segundo y tercer dormitorio son sólo unos pasos de la segunda baño compartido. Por último, el cómodo sofá en la sala de estar se abre en una cama de matrimonio adicional. El condominio todo resplandece en tonos suaves de azul, verde y amarillo, y refleja un amor de esta hermosa isla, y una vista incomparable de la que se puede disfrutar desde dos balcones privados.
    Beachside Colony está situado en la playa, justo en el medio de la isla de Tybee, un punto que pone a una milla del muelle, el centro de la vida nocturna de la isla, y una milla de la Estación de la Luz Tybee, uno de sólo el 7 era colonial fAROS, todavía en uso en los Estados Unidos. Family beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed five nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, fully outfitted with all of the necessities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The balcony gave a great view of the ocean! The pool area is wonderful and love The Deck Bar and restaurant. Very convenient and offers a large selection. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, this location was excellent. The room couldn't have been better. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great view. The property could do better with signage. The exits to the beach were not clearly labeled, and the parking was not very clear either. That's a property issue, not this host. It's a lovely beach home, and we'd love to stay in this home again!

Beautiful beachfront condo

We loved our stay! Condo was well equipped with everything you need and had a beautiful view of the beach! We would love to visit again!

Nice view from the unit. Unfortunately for us we timed it wrong as temperatures never got above 68 degrees. The properties designated pet area can be a problem as it is DIRECTLY underneath a set of three active flags so dogs may be easily spooked if there is any wind. Fortunately, the community library is directly across the street and there was plenty of open space that we could walk the dogs.

Perfect Beachfront Property

If you are looking to be right on the beach this is the place you want to stay. The property is perfectly maintained and there is even a restaurant on the property. Two beautiful pools, friendly staff and just an overall great experience.

Perfect for beach lovers!

Loved watching sunrises on the beach as well as from our balcony! Beach is less than a minute away and everything else is very close by highlyvrecommend. Plenty of room forc4 adults.

This is a beautiful condo. Incredible local artwork touches throughout. Luxury bath towels, incredible view. Just a great place. We loved it.

The highlight was definitely the balcony—amazing ocean views and the sound of the waves all day long. It was such a relaxing spot to hang out. What a VIEW

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property! However, our favorite was sitting in the tall chairs watching the sun come up every morning over the ocean. The furnishing and appliances may be a little dated but honestly it added to the charm of the artistic beach unit. My family had a blast playing games at the large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking dinner.

Fabulous condo on the ocean

I only have positive feedback for our stay at Beachside Colony unit 423. Our first impression as we walked in was that we have a great place to stay. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which isn’t always the case. We had straight on ocean views from the deck and were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The beach was clean and we enjoyed the large area. We will most definitely be back and hope to stay in unit 423 in the future❤️

This year (2023) was no exception.The "up front" view of the ocean is always present and the balcony gives us a prime location to see the views, hear the ocean waves and other related sounds, and smell the refreshing salt air. A short walk takes us right to the beach whenever we want to go. Perfect!I've already reserved it for next summer and am sure we'll love it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first trip to Tybee Island was wonderful. We hope to be back soon. The condo was in a great location, easy to get to. 2nd floor near the stairway so we never used the elevator, although you could. Our kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach was a plus for the adults. The condo itself is spacious and easily could sleep 5-6 adults. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but doable. The pillows not so much, bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing extra dishwasher detergent as they only provide one wash. And extra trash bags if you are going to stay more than a few days. I won’t lie, I had to clean the shower myself before I would step in it. It was nasty. The condo could use a paint refresh. It wasn’t perfect but still a nice place to be. I would stay here again in this complex for sure.

Home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our (I think) 5th or 6th time staying at the Beach Colony. Fourth time with this property management company (some condos in the complex are managed by a different rental company) and second time in this particular condo. It is absolutely perfect for us. Plenty of room, amazing views. Location that cannot be beat (right in the middle of the island). Covered parking is a huge plus. Onsite restaurant is another plus. Property management company is super easy to work with, great communication, and just overall good people. We were arriving right as TS Nicole was coming through, so we probably had more emails and text exchanges than usual. Cleaning crew did a great job getting the condo ready. Kitchen was fully stocked for our needs. Even found lime juicer in the drawer (I am very easily amused). There was enough towels for a family of 50. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and about people managing it. Looking forward to our next visit already.
