Great location and ocean views. The house was equipped with everything needed. However, there was only one king bed and one queen bed. The other two rooms have a full bed and two twin beds which was disappointing. We also left some clothes in the downstairs closet which were never returned to us. All in all, great trip.

Fantastic Home

Lovely beach home. Perfect for us! You are on the beach in one minute. From the second floor porch, perfect views of the ocean and at night, all the stars. Downstairs bedroom was perfect for someone with disability or in wheelchair. Kitchen was the best any of us have rented before. Totally stocked with everything you need to cook. Beautiful renovation.Upstairs bedrooms were great. The only complaint was in the shared bathroom, there is a shelf over the small sink which makes it hard to wash your face or brush your teeth. Might be helpful to have plastic shower mats as upstairs shower was slippery. Downstairs porch was great to catch the breeze. A great house for a family!!

Right on beach.. would have liked some shades in the windows on beach side for privacy. It’s an older cottage but plenty of room with 4 bedrooms for the 4 of us. It was very clean ..The outside doors need some maintenance..but.. all in all it was exactly what we wanted. We had a great time.

This property was more than we even expected! It was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. The house is nicely furnished. Just steps to the beach. The online pictures don’t do it justice! Highly recommend.

Wonderful property! A perfect stay.

We (5 adults-Mom & kids with partners) had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. The house is great - comfortable, beautiful & perfectly situated. Steps to the beach and an easy bike ride anywhere on the island. We had bikes, chairs & beach cart delivered by Tim’s Rentals at the start of our trip and used them every day.

Sisters trip to Savannah/Tybee

6 sisters and one friend really enjoyed this cute and cozy cottage. Great access to the beach and nice views from the upper deck. Everything we needed and clean and well maintained.

Tybee Get Away

We loved this charming property! We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Adorable old cottage that is well appointed and roomy. Gorgeous views waking up every morning seeing the dunes and the sunrise over the ocean! It is a short trip into Savannah and not far to venture to Hilton Head. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just what I wanted and the property delivered. USE the Great Big parking Lot that you have all to yourself on the RIGHT SIDE of the house. The left is for the locale residence.

Amazing Beach Vacation

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, loved all the windows and the views! Kitchen was great. Loved the Porch swing and the sitting area on the upper deck. Right on the beach. Definitely will stay there again.

Dunes blocked view

The cottage itself was very nice. It was clean, beds were comfortable, plumbing worked well, good amount of parking, nice appliances. I was however very disappointed with the dunes blocking the ocean view from the bottom deck. The listing says there are no dunes between you and the beach. Not true. I even asked before I booked and was told it’s a clear view of the beach from the bottom deck. My dad is unable to climb stairs. Him and my mom spent a week staring at sand and grass. It ruined our vacation. I complained and was told the dunes weren’t there in February when I booked. Seriously?! A group of university students studying the dunes told us they planted grass in them over a year ago. Plus, boardwalks are built over them. People don’t build boardwalks over nothing. I was given a 10% discount. Still unacceptable, I wanted a different location with a beach view. I never would have booked here if the listing description was accurate.

Beach Vacation with Rustic Charm

House is cute and charming. The dishwasher was an issue. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty when we arrived. Dishwasher was not working properly during. Had to be 10-15 years old. Mentioned to management company along with the water pressure at the master shower and they sent someone out within an hour of the call. Fixed the shower valve but could not repair the dishwasher. The maintenance man was very courteous. Ended up using paper plates and plastic cups to save on handwashing. Refrigerator was cold. But had rust stains on the face freezer door. Would recommend to homeowner new appliances and kitchen utensils for future renters.

3 day get away

Cute antique Tybee cottage. Right on the beach. The cottage is unique. Beds are doubles so not good for bigger couples but comfortable. Cleanliness was superb. Plenty of cookware, appliances are dated but work just fine. I don't have anything negative to say. Would definately stay here again!

Adorable House-Great Location

If you love the beach and love old homes, this is the spot for you. This adorable house sits directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the upper deck. It is decorated with lovely antiques and artwork. We were able to see the entire island and eat at the highest-rated restaurants without moving our car for the week. We would definitely recommend this home for couples and families wanting to visit Tybee.
