Long weekend with friend

The house is beautiful. The elevator came in handy since the kitchen is on the third floor. The beds were comfortable. The view of the beach from the third floor deck was very pretty. The location was great. We were able to walk to local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend The Rock House if you want a tasty burger. We had a great time.

WOW! Best Stay at Tybee Island!

Stunning Property! HUGE porches for family breakfasts! Plenty of parking! Large family area for games, tv, kitchen and dining! All is beautifully decorated! We look forward to renting for a longer period next year!

Beautiful spacious house near beach

We really enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property near the beach. The porches are so relaxing and proximity to everything was a hit with my busy family of five plus two lazy dogs. Thanks for making this stay very enjoyable and relaxing. I’d highly recommend this house to anyone!

Great process from reservation to check-in to check-out.

Overall great stay and very happy with the reservation, check-in and check-out process. The house we stayed in was great, although the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, cart to move everything) were all broken. Luckily we brought our own umbrellas and chairs but working beach gear would have been appreciated.

Wonderful time at 5 o'clock somewhere

5 O'clock somewhere was exactly what we hoped for. A place close to the beach and restraunts of Tybee Island. There were 3 families staying together but could easily spread out. We were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The property owners and managers were very accommodating, informative and communication was easy. Thank you for opening your home to us

4 generations, 1perfect location

This was by far the nicest place we have ever rented for a beach trip. We had 4 generations (6 month granddaughter to 83 year old mother inlaw) and a small dog (2nd large dog wasn't able to make it). The house was perfect for this crew. I didn't factor in the elevator, bit it was so important. 3 story house and an 82 year old made it so helpful. Loading all the baby things up and down (and loading luggage and groceries) also was much appreciated. All the rooms were very nice and big, each with a private bath. We've previously always been oceanside, but this was just fine for closeness and views.

Great Family Rental

Perfect beach rental for larger families. Huge kitchen and living/ dining area on top floor. We enjoyed the perfect spring weather on the huge balconies. The elevator made arrival and departure days a breeze. Will definitely rent again if visiting Tybee.

Great property for large family and Great location!

The property was larger and nicer than we expected from reviewing the photos. Four large bedrooms each with it's own bath was awesome! The beds were very comfortable. Good outdoor furniture for the balconies. The location was perfect. Very nice beach was three houses away. This section of beach was the perfect distance from the pier and downtown. Far enough to get away from the crowds but close enough to walk to it easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautiful. Plenty of privacy with the bedroom layout while awesome seating in the living/dining area for our party of 10. The decks were amazing and the walk to the beach was so short. Perfect location!

Above average property.

We come to Tybee every year in January to spend a long weekend with our family. This is our 10th year in 10 different properties. This property is in the top 2 we have stayed in. Just as advertised, beautiful, clean, well furnished. Tybee Vacation Rentals did a great job, seamless check in check out process. We had a problem getting the elevator to work on arrival and in 15 minutes they had it taken care of. great job, we highly recommend Five O'clock Somewhere and Tybee Vacation Rentals.

Long Weekend

Great place! 4 couples came to have a long weekend. The third floor was fantastic for entertaining . It rained all weekend but no big deal as we just wanted to hang out as a group. The kitchen had all we needed with utensils, pots, pans, plates and cookware. The coffee pot probably needs to be looked at as it doesn't fit snuggly and the grinds go into the pot. The elevator was a nice addition in getting luggage etc loaded onto the different floors. There needs to be better directions on the fireplace as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, the ignitor didn't work I don't think. Also two of the second floor bathrooms, the tub showers would back up with water as you were trying to take your shower. Overall outside of these couple of minor complaints we would all stay there again!!!!!!
