We’ve been coming to Tybee for several years and we were very happy with this condo. Decorated very nicely, smart TV’s, great view of ocean and walkable to all of our favorite restaurants, bars and shops. We also used the grocery delivery bellhop for the first time, wonderful service!

Property was so nice and clean. Our patio was our favorite spot that had ocean views. Location was awesome and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the pool, the beach, and other cute places. Property manager was absolutely the best and answered our messages very quickly. We will be staying again.Only recommendation, if you have smaller kids, try to get the condo on the bottom part of the house.

Nice and convenient location

The condo was large enough to easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Great deck to watch the ocean and relax. Beds were comfortable. A few cons. First, the floors were not clean. No matter where you walked your feet or socks became instantly dirty. Also, hooks should have been installed in each bathroom by the tub/shower for bath towels. Hanging a towel on a door knob is not ideal. Lastly, being on the bottom floor was convenient, but it put us at the mercy of the constantly noisy upstair’s neighbors. You could hear everything. Overall, a good place to stay.

Property is spacious, amenities are cheap, and multiple safety hazards. Beds were comfortable and towels were decent. Everything else was extremely cheap. You can tell this is run by a corporate property management company. Plates were not even microwave safe, one ply toilet paper, dish soap was not dish soap, very tiny and poor quality soap and shampoo. THE MAIN ISSUES WERE A SHARP UNSAFE METAL GRATE ABOUT AN INCH HIGH AT FOOT OF STEPS. ALSO WEAK, SOFT TILE ON PORCH. tile was installed on top of plywood on top of wood. It has obviously decayed and we would not even stand on edge of patio near the ledge. SECOND WORST PART, uncovered windows (2) in master bath that allowed clear sight into shower and bath area. Very creepy. Lastly, need to trim shrubs by parking area. Could not open one side of car doors. Would not stay here again.

Even nicer than the pictures

Great location pretty much right on the beach ( not busy road and small parking lot between but they do not obscure view).The apartment is beautiful and set up well. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice touch having 2 hair dryers available. They also had some beach items on the deck- 1 chair, umbrella, boogie board. If you can bring your own beach chairs do so as they are pretty pricey at the local stores.Within walking distance to local tourist type shops and restaurants and a grocery store is within a short driving distance.Comfy beds. There is an elevator but we were on 1st landing so didn't use it. Nice big covered deck overlooking the water.Several heavy wood porch chairs and a hammock that dumped me out twice. We enjoyed our stay. If you go you must eat at The Crab Shack and go on the trolley tour of Savannah on the first day or so. That really helped us figure out what we wanted to do with our time PS There is one king bed room, 2 queens room and a single queen room. Some discrepancy in listing saying 2 king beds in description.

Great getaway for 3 generations

Clean and great location. Had 3 generations including teenagers and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and view from deck was amazing. Great communication from host. The pool was closed for a couple days for maintenance, but that is about the only negative from our stay.

Great getaway!

We were so pleased with this condo. Everything was so clean and the furnishings were very nice. The back deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, the master bedroom pillows could use an update. Other than that, we thought everything was perfect and we willl look to stay here again!!!

Perfect location

This property is perfect! Short walk to the Pier, shopping, and restaurants/bars. The interior is super comfy and designed so beautifully. Every detail is perfect! My daughter (24) and I (66), had a wonderful time.

3 Ladies Fall Getaway

OUAT#1 was an excellent location for our ladies getaway. It was roomy & decorated in modern farmhouse style. Beds were comfortable. Oversized deck was very nice for relaxing in the mornings & late afternoons. Unit is close enough to walk into Tybee town. We highly recommend OUAT #1. being hlproblem
