We got there after the office closed but found the instructions to get in the door. Unfortunately our code for the door didn’t work and we never could reach the manager of the condo for further instructions on how to get in. After trying to reach someone for help and standing outside the door to the condo for about half an hour, the cleaning woman for our particular condo helpfully let us in and let us use her door code the whole time we were there. I never did receive a response to my voice messages or my emails about it during the whole stay and not since. Lol

This is a great location to stay on Tybee, we loved North Beach and the view from our balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins every time we were out there and saw some very pretty sunsets.

The corner 3rd floor view was wonderful overlooking the water, beach and pool. That in itself was worth the price. However the interior is tired and needs a reno. The frig is totally covered in what looks like spotted rust, the bed is terribly uncomfortable, and the furnishings decades old, although a charmingly beachy vibe. The location was good, quiet and relaxing. It’s near plenty of restaurants (although a car or bike would be recommended).

This is just as depicted. The view is the best part and the reason we booked it; we loved watching the container ships and dolphins! The complex is nice as well, but the unit is extremely dated and needs improvements to be comfortable. The bedroom mattress is way past its prime. The rental description says smoking and vaping is not allowed, but that wasn’t the case.

The views were great. The beach was great. The unit was a little rundown. The refrigerator had rust stains all over the front of it. The drawers were a little loose in the kitchen and I expected there to be more utensils and things to use for the kitchen like maybe a can openerWe definitely come again, but the unit is definitely not in the best shape. The deck furniture was dirty with dust and the couch was really worn.

Tybee stay

Great visit. Space was clean and we had a great view of the river, dolphins, and cargo ships. Very relaxing. Enjoyed our time.

Check-in was rough. I Never received the door code to gain entry. It Took two phone calls to obtain it. Obvious wear and tear in the condo. The Face of fridge covered in rust spots. There Appeared to be rodent feces on top of the fridge. Screen door coming off track on the balcony. Worst of all, a roach joined me in the shower. Although we had 3 nights left of our rental, we left on Friday to find other lodging. This was our anniversary trip and I hope to soon forget this experience. This property had so much potential and missed every mark for me. Hopefully the owner will see this review and update and CLEAN this unit.

Wonderful place

My wife and I had a great stay here!! Our place was exactly as described! Got to watch the dolphins swimming out from the balcony and seeing the massive ships go by was amazing!! Nice quiet place to relax and take in the beauty of the mouth of the river and ocean. Will definitely be on our list to return!

Very tidy getaway.

We will definitely stay here again. The condo is obviously a little older, but updated very well and extremely neat and tidy. Our condo was on the end overlooking the ocean, and had a magnificent view. The entire area is very clean and quiet, and extremely family-friendly. We are looking forward to staying there again in the near future.

Fridge was rusted completely. There is NO HOT WATER!!! Beware. Water also stinks very badly. When we turned it on, black stuff came out. Not very clean. We also found a couple bugs in our bed. Tv was old. Bed not comfortable at all. Halfway, false advertising

Killer view

Have stayed in same unit several times. Has everything you need, corner unit makes for a great sunset view. Love N Beach location with ships going in and out of the harbor, and the shrimp boats.

Nice little getaway.

Property was just like pictured. Bring your cassettes because that is a tape player pictured :) the radio works just fine btw. Unit was available before check in time and was very clean. We had a great time!

Tybee waterfront

The property was just as pictured. It was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. The view from the balcony was superb with shrimp boats just outside which attracted pelicans dolphins and numerous sea birds. we just sat there with our glasses of wine and watched no need to hire a boat
