For the price of the rental it was not great. Starting off check in was at 4:00, we were not sent a code until 4:30. One bedroom sheets didn’t even look like they were changed. siphon were definitely not prepared to siphon 10 gallons of water daily, from the portable AC units. We were not aware of the portable AC units either. After traveling most of the day in the hot weather we were ready for a nice cool home to come into. Instead we had to got shut all the shutters and turn the portable AC units low just for get the rooms comfortable.Also master bedroom had a extension cord from outer wall across the room to the bathroom (with a one year old that is into EVERYTHING). GFI also tripped with just using an hairdryer had to get into garage to flip the breaker. The smoke detector also beeped for two days, we changed the battery for TVR. Guest shower has horrible temp regulation and pressure. Overall had a great time in Tybee and Savannah with family. Just wish I would have known about a few inconveniences for the price I paid.

Beautiful beach stay

This property was so close to the beach. It was clean and had all the amenities we could hope for on a trip with 3 kids. House was close to restaurants and the neighbors were quiet.

Beautiful Home on Wonderful Tybee Island Ga.

This wonderful rental was physically as seen via the many photos available on the rental sites. I always like to state in any review both the positives & negatives of a rental as these can really assist renters with their future needs. This rental has tons of positives as it is in a nice community and the home itself very well maintained. Having said that the biggest negative was that of the master bedroom's bedding. We couldn't use this fantastic room as the bedding was such that when you laid on the bed it became a "V" shape and both people on the bed rolled to the middle. No one in our group could sleep on this thing so the master bedroom went unused. Only other little negative is that the home backs right up to the RV Park AND Dog Park but they created no issues for our stay...just noting! We would definitely stay here again IF that bed is replaced in the master bedroom. A beautiful home and Tybee Island is such a fun place to visit! Mocksville, NC

Quiet location and great spot to hit beach/explore island from

Pretty house with great amount of space for all - including shady outdoor deck. Be prepared to bring all you need - there were only salt/pepper shakers and a few coffee filters. Though the beach is accessible from just a block away, the more public beach is just a few blocks further (drive or bike there). We rented bikes to go anywhere needed, groceries delivered from Publix, and took Breezy Cab (oh my, the owner is a character to know!) to explore the South Shore one morning. Ubers/Lyfts and cabs in general to get from the island off to Savanah or anywhere else is practically impossible right now.

The home is situated at a quiet corner in the North Beach area of Tybee. The inside is well taken care off, beautifully setup and very clean. We would stay here again!

Clean close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to just walk down the street to the beach, or take a drive Into Savannah. The master bed is comfortable & loved the big on suite. The couch is a little worn but it was comfortable enough to enjoy a movie night when it was storming outside. Would definitely recommend

Quiet and peaceful

We had a wonderful time at Northern Exposure. The house was beautiful and the beach was perfect for our family. It wasn’t crowded and a short 1/4 mile walk from the front door.

Excellent Property!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Northern Exposure From Tybee Vacation Rentals.Our original trip was planned during Labor Day weekend but due to Dorian hurricane we requested to push back and was happily done as per our convenience.I truly am thankful for it.The house is very beautiful and all necessities were available.Beach is walkable distance and also tybee lighthouse.Aa we were with young kids we requested some extra time during checkout and was happily taken care of.I would highly recommend this property for any family.

Relaxing and Peaceful!!!

My family and I felt very comfortable spending our family vacation in this home. The house was spacious and comfortable. There was more than enough space for 6 adults and 2 children. Check-in was quick and easy as well as check-out. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and the home is located right behind Tybee Police Department, which made us even more comfortable. The home had everything we needed however, a deep cleaning would make this home a 5 rating. I noticed a few small things such as dirty doors and dust bunnies but it didn’t make me want to call the company and complain. We couldn’t get the television in the master bedroom to show a picture but that could’ve been a user error :-). Other than that, the house was really nice and cozy. The beach is within walking distance and so is the Lighthouse. Overall, it was a great trip!!!

Roomy, Clean and a 5 minute walk from the beach!

I loved this place! It was clean, and plenty of room for two families. We were just a few minutes from the beach, a short walk and considering you have to pay for parking everywhere on the island it was great. We had a last minute cancellation at a different property in Savannah and I am so happy that we ended up here!
