Furniture slip covers dirty. Cabinet doors dirty. All exterior doors dirty. Furniture needs replaced. When you sat in chairs and couch you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Hot water faucet in master bath leaks when turned on. Toilet seat hinge was broken on main floor bathroom. One bathroom for four bedrooms upstairs was inconvenient.On the plus side all beds were comfortable. A\C worked great. Plenty of dishes and utensils for our group of 10.

St. Patty’s Weekend

Awesome house with beautiful views from the rooftop (wear bug spray). Just a short walk from Huc-a-poos and a short drive to Savannah. Would definitely stay at this property again

Girls Trip

We loved the house. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing food, storing food and serving it. We would sit on the wraparound porch in the morning and the afternoon. At sunset we would move to the rooftop deck. Great for viewing the sunset. We had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. We enjoyed the large table for meals and playing games. We would highly recommend this property.

We just wanted a chance to reconnect with friends we hadn't seen since 2020 and it was a wonderful experience to have everyone all in one house and the space was perfect for a casual weekend together.

Perfect for a group of friends

We had a group of 10 friends who stayed for a long weekend, and had an absolutely great time. The house was exactly as advertised - spacious, well kept, and well stocked with amenities. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Well Stocked and Great Location

The house had everything you could possibly need, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Very short walk to the beach, and close to everything fun nearby. Communication with the rental company was great and we had a great time. My only feedback and why I gave it 4 stars was because of how hard the mattresses were in every bedroom. We were all pretty sore by the end of the trip. Also no layout is posted online but just a heads up that every bedroom is above the main floor. So it is a number of stairs if you have older persons in your party.

Great location, responsive to issues

Unfortunately our stay coincided with a major storm, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as we’d hoped, but it was incredibly close to the house! We did enjoy some walks and spreading out in the large living space, which was perfect for our big family. We had a few leaks but maintenence came quickly to address them and brought additional towels for cleaning up which was appreciated. Perhaps related to that, the hot tub listed for roof access was very dirty and unusable, which was disappointing. We were a bit sad to miss out on the heated pool as it is only open Friday/Saturday in the off season — just a heads up if you book in the winter!

Terrific Tybee Getaway

This place had lots of space for our entire family, and it’s practically on the beach. There were plenty of bathrooms, and we loved all the porch areas, especially the sleeping porch. Many naps were taken there. The kitchen was well-equipped, with lots of space for gathering. There was adequate parking, and though the pool was not on site, it was lovely and easy to access. We would stay here again.

Amazing house in Tybee!

We were a group of 11 celebrating a bachelorette and we had the most wonderful stay!! The house was beautiful with multiple areas to hang out, the roof, the deck off of the kitchen and in walking distance to some really fun restaurants and bars. The access to the beach was the cherry on top! An easy walk to private beach access. The property management team was responsive and helpful. The hot tub was dirty upon arrival but they had a company come and clean and refill the hot tub that day. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property with a short walk to a private beach. The private beach was perfect for young kids with calmer waters! Very easy to get ahold of the property managers with any issues and they tried to resolve them in a timely manner.

Beautiful stay

This was an amazing property!! We came to celebrate our niece’s graduation and to relax. The house is beautiful and is so close to the beach!! A short walk. We will definitely be coming back and staying right here. It is close to everything in Tybee and Savannah. We had an awesome time!! Definitely an amazing property all around!!

Family Spring Break to Tybee Island

Everything leading up to our vacation rental was well communicated with easy check-in/keypad entry to front door. The property management was fairly receptive to all our immediate requests and also sent out their maintenance twice on two minor fix requests. Where they feel short was the overall description of what household items came with the house. For clarity sake, I’ll detail each item as clearly as possible so the house owner/property manager can hopefully benefit for our other future guests staying here. 1) Beach Toys/Towels request. I emailed a week before requesting clarification on what beach furniture (ie chairs and umbrellas), beach towels and kids toys were present for guest use. The PM never responded to that inquiry and only stated no beach towels were provided, which we packed anyway. FYI - house comes stocked with at least four beach chairs, a folding chair, some umbrellas and a lot of beach toys for the kids. 2) What cost us the most additional money was the PM confirmed the house came furnished with NO baby pack n play units. This was untrue and we spent a fair amount with Stephanie Jackson and BabyQuip for those rentals (highly recommend this service). This information would have been very useful ahead of time, so please kindly take better survey of what your house comes furnished with for childcare. 3) Kitchen essentials. A lot of the normal cooking pots and pans, coffee machines, mixer etc was provided. However, there is no seasonings or cooking oil, no condiments, no aluminum foil and no coffee grounds. We bought all these items separately, so the next guests will now have to their use. However, these basic items have been provided in all our previous home rental stays elsewhere. 4) The rooftop is nice and an amazing amenity to utilized for groups, as well as the hot tub! However, it takes a beating from the high winds. There was damaged noted to the PM upon our arrival to the hot tub exterior paneling, but it was not addressed. There’s also some light features damaged and swinging around by the sun room. Additionally, the umbrella provided on the roof is damaged due to the high winds from the past week. While the house was massive and comfortably fit our three families, we hope these observations further improve the accommodations for groups to come.

Comfortable, hospitable, beautiful!

This beach house totally lived up to our expectations and hopes, and beyond! The house is comfortable and capacious. The main (second) floor is a generous open plan living room and (well-equipped) kitchen, plus a full bathroom, and that fantastic deck, which we used a lot. Everything is as big or bigger than it looks in the pictures. Upstairs the five bedrooms were comfortable and very nicely-appointed. There's flexibility for putting folks to sleep other places as needed, too. And we loved the rooftop deck and really enjoyed it - including the hot tub! The beach is a three-minute walk - it's very close. You'll get a code to open the gate at our beach access, but it's public beach - though a fairly quiet end of the beach. This beach access is right near the estuary end of the Tybee Island beaches, towards Fort Pulaski. The water was great for playing in (though the beach could be a little muddy at low tide - didn't bother us any). We saw dolphins and SO many hermit and fiddler crabs! We also had one jellyfish sting (mild) & saw fishermen catching (small!) sharks nearby - so, this is real ocean and real Nature, not a playground or a swimming pool. (Though this house comes with swimming pool access if you prefer - we didn't do that; we wanted ocean!) The beach is great for playing - lots of sand, except for at high tide, and plenty of shells too. If you plan to play in the ocean (which I recommend!) you might consider water shoes - the bottom is mostly sandy but occasional shells are quite sharp. I hope all of this is helpful. We loved this house and this beach, and would gladly visit and stay here again!

Review

Very spacious, nice porch on main level and rooftop deck. All 5 bedrooms are upstairs. Access to the rooftop is through a short door. The spiral staircase is a slip/trip hazard with no hand rail as well as the circular rug as soon as you walk in the front door. Not ideal for older people or people with limited mobility. Very strict requirements will be emailed to you once you rent the property. The number of light switches in the property are overwhelming with some of them not turning anything on or off.
