Great time

I enjoyed my stay at Good times vacation Rental. Place was beautiful and clean and overall welcoming. I will definitely be booking his place in the future. Instructions were clear and precise and when we needed help, the customer service was great.

Covid escape

Property was in a good location. Park nearby for our dog which was a plus. Overall nicely decorated and pictures are current. Aside from a few items that can be improved to set the attention to detail apart, a good overall experience!

Great time at Good Times!

The Good Times townhome was perfect for our family of 5 (including children ages 2, 5, and 9). The entire interior and decor had a relaxing, beachy vibe throughout, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and a convenient, easy distance to the beach. Check-in and check-out process was easy and painless as well. Just an FYI, this property would NOT be a good choice for anyone who has difficulty with stairs, as this is a 3-level townhome with fairly steep stairs that have to be navigated multiple times per day (as garage and entry/exit is on the ground level, bedrooms/bathrooms are on the second level, and kitchen/dining/living area is on the top floor). We were nervous about our 2-year-old navigating all the stairs safely (a removable baby gate would have been a nice option but wasn’t available), but we managed all week with no problems and no tumbles down the stairs. The outdoor shower situation was a bit confusing, as the shower that seems like the one that should belong to the Good Times unit (there are 4 units connected), actually apparently belongs to the neighboring unit. The residents there got tired of vacation renters using their shower all the time and had it turned off. However, since the outdoor showers aren’t clearly marked, we thought our shower was broken. We called the property management company, who said they would send someone out to fix it. Three days later we hadn’t heard from anyone and the outdoor shower still wasn’t working, so we called back. At that point, they checked the service history, realized the issue, and explained that our outdoor shower was actually on the other side of the unit (which seemed like it belonged to the next unit over). We felt that the property management company should have called us back to inform us of the situation in a more timely manner rather than waiting until we called back several days later. Also, since we were told that this is a common mistake that vacation renters of the Good Times unit make, we also feel like the outdoor showers for each unit should be clearly marked, or at least the information be provided with the check-in packet. But really, this was just a minor inconvenience. Overall, our stay at Good Times was spectacular, and we would certainly stay here again!

Doggone Great!

This place was a great halfway point for 4 SC residents to vacation with 2 FL relatives. The 6 of us had a relaxing time on the quieter side of Tybee Island. The dog-friendly residence was perfect, on a dog-friendly Island near dog-friendly Savannah. A 2 block walk to the beach was easy, and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. Comfy, clean and well kept. We had some wasp issues, but the manager responded immediately.

We enjoyed our stay. We came at the best time. The weather was perfect and it wasn’t crowded at all. The beds could have been a little more comfortable especially the king bed and the room with the queen bed could have used some darkening shades or curtains as the light shines directly into that room. Other than that everything was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. It was a very nice stay!

Great property and location… we have been to Tybee many times, this is a new were property, very comfortable for four, quick walk to the beach, enough starter supplies to get you going without having to run to the store right away, definitely a repeat for my family.

Lovely property with great beach access.

We were very happy with “Good Times”. My only complaint was the bathrooms were a bit small but definitely not a deal breaker! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Having a washer and dryer made the trip even better because we weren’t hauling dirty clothes and beach towels back home. I would highly recommend this property.

A Great Tybee Island Vacation

Good Times is certainly a good time. It is a well kept condo with all of the necessary amenities, and is located in the much quieter North end. Its also about 100 yards from a beach boardwalk for added convenience. You will enjoy your stay here.
