No beach view because of trees between rental and beach. Had several maintenance issues while there. The most inconvenient were:1 Filtered water function in the refrigerator did not work, so only water available was tap water. 2 Microwave display couldn't be seen, so the only thing that could be used was the 30 second express button. In addition, the cooktop light was out.It was the Thanksgiving holiday, so we didn't bother to report the problems until we left. We didn't want to wait for workmen, we didn't want workmen there disturbing us and also didn't want anyone there if we all went out for a walk or to play disc golf. Other than these problems, we enjoyed our stay. In my opinion, the two issues we encountered should never be encountered by guests. They were not working when we got there, so I'd have to think that there's nobody in charge of making sure major appliances are working correctly
