  • Sea View 4 es un apartamento de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en una excelente ubicación. Ubicado en el último piso de un edificio histórico de Tybee con vistas al océano desde el porche amueblado compartido. Ubicado a solo 4 casas de la playa y a 2 cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y atracciones como el Muelle Tybee y el Centro de Ciencias Marinas.

    La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen, un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas con TV satelital y una base para iPod con CD y radio. La pequeña cocina está totalmente equipada (sin lavavajillas) y hay mesa para 4 personas. El dormitorio se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y está amueblado con una cama doble y un televisor de pantalla plana de 19 pulgadas. El baño tiene una ducha de pie, no bañera. También hay internet inalámbrico disponible para su uso.

    TENGA EN CUENTA: Ducha de pie solo en el baño (sin tinas), se proporciona 1 lugar de estacionamiento reservado. La unidad no admite mascotas.

    Este edificio histórico de apartamentos con vistas al mar fue construido originalmente en 1924 y figura en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos. Cada unidad incluye el uso de servicios compartidos que incluyen: Dos niveles de grandes porches amueblados para que los huéspedes disfruten de la brisa del océano. El porche de nivel superior cuenta con una bonita vista al mar. Enjuague después de un día en la playa en una de las dos duchas al aire libre cerradas, un excelente equipamiento especialmente para familias. En el patio trasero, hay un patio con parrilla de gas y asientos disponibles para uso de los huéspedes y una lavandería compartida. Todas las unidades cuentan con acceso WIFI y TV vía satélite.

Great first experiance!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island! We typically go to Florida for the beach, however, we loved this stay so much that we plan to visit again. We loved this property and will check its availability for our next trip first!

Love this place (except the stairs)

We love staying at this place (except the stairs / I have bad knees). This was our 2nd stay this year and we will be back next year lord willing.

Tybee island

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was dresser drawers were extremely difficult to open and close. Otherwise everything was included that we could have needed. Short walk to beach but shared porch with next apartment not our favorite

We stayed for our 30th anniversary and we will return again for a longer stay.

The unit was small, but perfect for 2 people. It was a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk / fishing pier. It was an older building which had been remodeled nicely. We plan on staying longer on our next visit. The only drawback was it was located on the 2nd floor and my 65 year old knees suffered a bit, but the upper level has a partial ocean view on the wraparound shared porch. We will definitely rent it again.

Almost Perfect

Great location, perfect amenities. Walked to the beach and walked to the bars and restaurants at night. Stayed 3 nights and never had to drive our car. Parking was tight but worked for us. Would definitely stay there again, our only issue was the cold water did not work in the shower. Only had got water. I showered downstairs in the community shower.

Disappointed in Tybee Vacation Rental Management

We recently stayed at Sea View Unit 4 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to continuous air conditioning problems. Despite the listing promising air conditioning, the air conditioning in this unit malfunctioned from the beginning. The temperature was uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax and sleep properly, especially during the hotter hours of the day and night. The rental company did provide box fans on the second day of our stay, however, the air conditioning issue was not fixed. We contacted the property management immediately, but the response was slow and the issue was not resolved during our stay. This lack of timely action left us feeling frustrated and unable to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. After our stay, I was in contact with Tybee Vacation Rental management to further discuss this issue. The manager that I spoke to was rude and unwilling to discuss this issue further. She told me "That I should read the fine print in the agreement." While the location and amenities of the rental were otherwise satisfactory, the failure to provide a functioning air conditioning system, and the lack of respect that I received from Tybee Vacation Rental management, I cannot recommend this property for stays.

Will be back

First time in tybee and we loved it! The rental company was very easy to reach prior to our arrival. The place has so much charm. Only negative was it did get a little hot but we were in the upstairs condo.

We came to Tybee for a weekend getaway and this property did not disappoint. Perfect location and everything was clean and tidy. We look forward to our next visit.

Overpriced

Smelled like smoke, no normal amenities for price like shampoo or coffee, sheets thin and worn out, bedroom door did not close, outdoor showers were full of furniture so could not use, hair over several of the towels.

Great location!

The location of this house is phenomenal, about a 30-second walk to the beach. Can't get much better! However, my only complaint is regarding sleeping. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and our bedroom window was only a few feet from the rack of A/C units for this property, meaning it was quite loud and not great to sleep next to. But other than that, we had a great time!!

So close to the beach!

Our one bedroom condo was exactly as advertised. It was one block from the beach and so convenient to good restaurants and cute shops.

Safety concerns

There was no working smoke alarm In the unit. After being told a smoke detector could not be brought out Friday, we contacted the fire dept and they got one to us thru the police dept. The entire experience shocked me. I’m sure there are safety standards which require fire protection in ALL rentals; especially in a unit as old as the one I stayed in. There were also missing light bulbs in the bathroom which could be electrical hazards. There was no attention to detail. We love Tybee for the relaxed atmosphere; but you must not relax where safety is concerned. Debi Hughes

Being the first time we have visited Tybee Island, we were impressed with the quiet town and calm beaches. The atmosphere made for a pleasant get-away which is exactly what we were looking for; a return visit is in the books for the future!

My boyfriend & I were visiting Tybee for the very first time celebrating his graduation of college. We enjoyed ourselves so much. TVR was wonderful. Great customer service & very well organized. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we're extremely sad to be leaving but will most certainly be back!!

The accommodations were nice and located near the beach, restaurants and shopping. The only negative feedback I have is the water took forever to heat and the last night of our stay we had no water pressure. View in the picture is from the deck to the apartment.

Awesome location with a super short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and modern. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It fit our family of three perfectly. I would recommend this property to any small family or couple.

not a pleasant vacation no hot water sea view 4 is equipped for 2 people instead of 4 it needs to be up graded the amenities that was in the contract was not at all in sea view 4 very misleading the pillows had stains and the silverware was dirty in which i washes the dishes anyway before use i will be looking for somewhere else to stay next year for vacation here and in the agreement it stated you can grill just leave the grill clean but we could not find the grills so the contract detaling the stuff you can do needs to be modified cause there was no grills but unfortunately had to leave a day an half early because of death in family but the location os sea view was awesome just not worth the price almist fell thru the porch on top floor because it is not leveled at all considering i am disable that was not a good feeling
