For the most part our stay was great! My only complaint was that the couch, which was a pullout bed, was so uncomfortable. We couldn't sit and watch TV from the living room. All and all, for the price and access to the beach was great.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless and well-kept, and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and nightlife. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view after a day out. Communication with management was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tybee Island!

The Perfect Spot on Tybee

This property was amazing! It was very clean and the management was very communicative and quick to answer questions. We were 2 blocks from the beach and pier and only slightly longer to stores, bars and restaurants. There was even a private pool that we had access to which was extremely nice. I would definitely book again!

Great Location!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s not even a block to the beach. The main strip is the next street over and the pool access is 10 steps away. This condo has 3 bedrooms with full sized beds in the guest room and a king in the master. The pictures show a room with 2 twin beds which isn’t true, however, the couch has an (uncomfortable) bed in it. The master bedroom was spacious with a door that lead to then balcony which is shared by the living room. The bed was comfortable enough, however, there are no curtains, only white blinds. Once the sun rises it gets hot in the master and it’s super bright!! That room definitely needs curtains. The other rooms are much darker due to their location. For the most part, it was easy contacting the mgmt company. On the 1st day we had an issue but they were able to get a plumber out the next day. One of the days I had to wait an hour for a response for the pool code as I watched people go into the pool. The hot water runs out fairly quickly due to the size of the water tank which is in a bedroom closet. I’d recommend switching it out to a tankless one. There were plenty of times when someone ended up taking a cold shower. The water in the ocean (last week in March) was freezing. The temps were decent during the day, but as soon as the sun starts to set it got extremely cold. I’d like to visit again when it’s warm. Tybee has lots of good food on the north side of the island not in the tourist area.

Family girls trip

Our stay was great. The rentalIs very clean and we found the beds very comfortable. The location is perfect as you are close enough to shops and restaurants to be able to walk there. We would definitely stay there again.

Swim meet stay

My kids were competing at the Chatham County pool and they were able to rest in comfortable beds. The kitchen was a plus for quick meals. We were able to wash and dry our towels and swim suits for each day. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe with plenty of places to eat and shop.

Walking distance to the beach

it's not a super fancy condo, but it's comfortable and convenient. It's close to both the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the balcony as well.

Great Location. Nice Place.

We came for family stay. Location was perfect. Super close to beach and restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the basics needed. Just as advertised. Communication with managers timely and supportive. The only downside is pool hours. It would be much nicer if pool hours were later than 5pm as time really speeds by on Tybee Time!

Beach Vacation

Our stay was good. It was a low key get away to relax. It was a short walk to the beach, which was very nice. There was enough room for our family to comfortably occupy the condo. The check in was extremely easy as well as check out. We will go back to Tybee Island

Great getaway right by the beach

The property was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes we needed. There was also a lot of free movies on the tv in the living room.
