The only issues we had:1) we were informed the dishwasher was not working but it obviously hadn't worked for some time (the host provided paper plates and plastic ware)2) a knob on the stove top was broken off and therefor inoperable3) the heated pool was 5 miles from the property4) the only view of the ocean was via the balcony located off the primary bedroom

Girls weekend

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful and a lovely location close to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet during the evenings so we always felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Celebrating 70

Fellow alums all about to celebrate the beginning of an our 7th decade enjoyed our at this Southern Belle property. It made our drive to Savannah and to Tybee center easy. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed time inside and also outside on the spacious porches. We recommend this spot for families and groups of friends and if any of us are back again would be happy to return.

The house was great and had a great location. However, we were disappointed to find out that the ladder to the highest deck was removed prior to our stay and we could not access the platform and its views although it is shown in the property photos

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

We very much enjoyed staying here! Although some things could use updating, this home was beautiful, clean, and spacious! The short walk to the private beach was a bonus! We are already thinking about booking it again!

felt misled about ocean views...can only see from master bdrm deck. lots of minor repairs needed..stove knob, carpet stains, exterior garage light, broken deck chair, broken dining chair, coffee filter plug missing, upper deck light fixture very rusty, wasps on south deck, upper deck door flashing broken, rusty washer, dryer filter slot broken out plastic, deli drawer cracked

Beautiful house, dissatisfied with property management

The house was beautiful! Plenty of space to get comfortable. However, it stays warm upstairs due to thermostat being set at 72°. Too warm to sleep well. Front bedroom needs a new fan! Hurricane Helene left us without power with no flashlights in the house. We were told to go buy them and they’ll reimburse us. No one asked if we needed anything or how we were doing. Only concerned with maintenance issues. We are not impressed at all with this property management!

Family Beach trip

We enjoyed this property so much!! The home accommodated all our needs well, and we absolutely loved the private beach access! Beds were comfortable, decks were lovely, and so nice having a dining table we could all gather together at for meals!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful house, spacious to gather or separate! Kitchen was well supplied, with laundry on site, lovely outdoor decks to relax, walking distance to beach and ocean. Views were great! Appreciated the communication with the Southern Belle. Very quick to reply on inquiries. Pool access is misleading as it off site by quite a distance.

Family reunion

Property was nicely decorated, however it lacked a grill, a working icemaker and hot pads. Upstairs junior suites beds should be at least a queen size. Yellow junior suite was never cool. Cue tips on for pool table need replacement. Distance to community pool of 4.2 miles should have been disclosed on listing. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to meet with family.

Beach gem

The location of the unit is perfect. Quiet, steps from the beach. Easy drive to Savannah and local shops and great restaurants. Ample room for a large family, well furnished. The unit needs some immediate attention. The dryer doesn't dry so we weren't able to do laundry.- a real inconvenience One big disappointment was lack of a hot tub- which is still in the pictures of the unit. We were told after it was too late to cancel that it had been removed- although it's apparent that it was removed years ago. The pictures need to be updated . The back door on the second floor is missing the bottom weatherstrip so there's an inch gap under the door- letting weather and bugs in. We found a large roach in a cabinet so the unit needs a pest treatment. One toilet upstairs won't stop running. One twin mattress in the back bedroom squeaks terribly. Part of the fascia under the roof over the garages is falling off. Lager size shampoo bottles are needed in the showers, a trial size is not enough.

Family get together

We had family from Pittsburg, Chattanooga and St. Louis gather for 4 days and it was lovely! All the beds were very comfortable and there was so much room for everyone to spread out. We loved having a short walk to the beach every day. The house was great but if we come back to Tybee Island we would probably rent something closer to the downtown area.

Great place for a large group

Loved the open area. Plenty of space for our group of 11. Felt it needed a deep cleaning and needed organized some random stuff. Was told there were no beach equipment or grill there was however both. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly for a bit but was fixed in 24 hours.

Great location

Super quick walk to the beach with private access. Took about 25 minutes to get into Savannah and there was lots to do on the island. The kids rooms are downstairs while the adult rooms are upstairs, and not in a way that you could hear the kids. Worked for our family because the kids that were staying down there were older but know that can be a problem for younger kids. Great place!!

Private beach

We had a wonderful time at Tybee Island. It was a short drive to Savannah and the home has access to a private beach with lots of dolphins. It was a perfect beach for children and families. The home had beautiful views of the water. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious and all of the beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful house with a private beach

We loved this house! Five bedrooms, three levels with two decks and a hot tub. It also has a viewing deck to see the ocean sunrise and sunsets👍 The private beach was fantastic. It was walking distance to some local restaurants and bars. It was also only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! It’s the best vacation we have had too date!
