I ended up staying at another Southern Belle property on Tybee (this unit had a maintenance issue that kept guests out of it). I want to commend the staff at Southern Belle, they really did a great job of letting me know about the issue, moving my reservation to a new unit and making sure I had everything I needed to be taken care of on my trip.

Our first stay at tybee

We were so blessed to find this place last minute! We loved it. It was very clean and just enough room for the 4 of us. Not knowing anything about tybee before, we were very happy with the location and quick access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem

We were very hesitant about renting the bottom half of a house, but it was so worth it. The decor was incredible, it was very clean, spacious and it was within walking distance to EVERYTHING! The pier, restaurants, and just steps away from beach access. The private porch was a wonderful bonus. All in all, we had an incredible anniversary trip and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Tybee Place

Location is perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars. Very clean and spacious place, loaded with everything we could need for our stay. Communication with the manager was always fast and accurate. Will absolutely look to stay here again.

Excellent Property

This was a quiet relaxing place to stay! It was walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and pier on South Beach! I would highly recommend. Tonya stayed in touch with all the info I needed and was excellent in her communication! I would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

The property was great. Need to take pictures of the parking situation and put in the binder so there is no confusion. Also, maybe move the bed from being right under the AC unit. Otherwise, great location and easy process.

What was pictured

This property was close to restaraunts and bars on south end of the island. Great location and easy walk to a lot. It was in the basement of a building and was overall exactly what was pictured. The community pool was wonderful! I enjoyed this proportion and the communication was great with the company. I would stay at a southern belle property again, but probably a different one!

Great spot for beach going.

A great little spot for our first trip to Tybee. 9 TS Chu Terrace was a great stay for our family. My kids (9 & 7) weren't enthused about the pull out sofa but they made do. If I had it to do over I would bring a cot for one of my kids. Half a Tybee block from two beach accesses, a fantastic spot for anyone who's priority is sun and water. Close to various restaurants and bars if that is your thing. Inside is quite a bit darker than the photos would lead you to believe but not surprising as this is a space carved into the barrier island understory of the house proper. Definitely basement vibe, despite being technically above ground, although not unpleasant. Floors are epoxied concrete so cleaning up the inevitable sand is a breeze. Solid 9/10 with my only quibble being a very weird kitchen layout (which had nine different pots but no skillets in it), a pull-out sleeper that my kids whined about, and odd shower.

Lovely Lovely

This place was ideal . Within one block of historic downtown. With parking charges from 8 to 8 in Tybee it really was great for navigation. Well stocked kitchen. The restaurant choices were abundant and we seldom ate at home. Bed comfortable. Only recommendation soap holder in shower or dispenser. The grilling area in back we didn’t use but needed cleaning. Still rate excellent.

the toilet was repeatedly running water the last 2 days. The chain broke and needs to be replaced. Also a shelf in the shower for soap would be great

Wonderful location on the island! The unit is very cozy and has all you need to enjoy, cook, and relax on Tybee! Short drive to historic Savannah! Loved exploring!
