"Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. "

"Perfect for two and a small dog. Loved he privacy of unit 5. Beautiful property, nicely decorated. Owner was super responsive when we tripped a circuit breaker. Don’t toast and microwave at rhe same time, just like home. "

"The location was great. The place was clean and the pool was nice. It only had a few pots, on cups whatsoever and only plastic utensils. Should have everything in the kitchen to make a meal and eat it plus a beverage. "

"1.Floors were filthy 2. the stove didnt have a handle on it (so you have to open it from the side - even when cooking) 3. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5. The pullout sofabed was unstable, uncomfortable, and dangerous for small children to even touch. 5. "

"I ended up staying at another Southern Belle property on Tybee (this unit had a maintenance issue that kept guests out of it). I want to commend the staff at Southern Belle, they really did a great job of letting me know about the issue, moving my reservation to a new unit and making sure I had everything I needed to be taken care of on my trip. "

"This apartment is as cozy as it looks on the website. Kitchen is fully stocked and we easily made most of our meals here. I wish the listing mentioned that dogs are not allowed at the beach on Tybee at all, but I fully take responsibility for not checking on that myself. Wonderful stay!"
