"My family and I stayed one night, and it was wonderful! The host was very communicative. The apartment was spacious with a nice sized kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. The one bathroom was only slightly annoying, but we made it work. The outdoor sitting area was sooooo relaxing. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, coffee...everything. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. "I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in my life, but none that had the charm that this place had. We loved it! It's in a great locatioin with beach access just a very short walk away and is also near to restaurants. It's also a very short drive to Savannah from there. Ted the property owner was very responsive and so easy to deal with. The next time we visit Tybee Island, we will definitely book here again!"

"The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. "Fan in bathroom rattles loudly when turned on. Not kept up at all- rusted doors to small deck with barely view of beach. Couch is old and needs to be replaced. Outdated bathroom sink with rust around tge faucets. Most importantly and worst part of our stay was that the owner did NOT take adequate responsibility for us not being able to get into the condo first night! Unfortunately we had to relocate to another hotel late at night. The code wouldn’t work as we kept trying to open the lock...

"This location was PERFECT! The unit was super cute and spectacularly clean. An easy bicycle ride to either beach. I loved that I had an assigned covered parking place….that was a bonus! The host communicated by text and was available if needed. All the how-to’s were made into videos to make things super easy (how to find the unit, how to operate the locks, tv’s, thermostat, etc)It truly became my home away from home while I was there!"

"Location was great. Very clean. Bike tires were flat, tried putting air in and nothing. Which means they weren’t checked before the rental. New bikes were delivered 3 hours to late. I specified the bikes and hot tub would be used a lot. The Hot Tub was nasty on day of arrival. Miraculously got cleaned during the night, without us complaining. Wet foot prints all around. Creepy! I think we were totally being listened to. Owners happen to be upstairs during rental which listing states are never...
