This house is in a great location, 15 minute walk down to the beach. The house did have beach chairs, bikes, corn hole, charcoal grill & lots of outdoor seating. We would stay here again. The beds were comfortable. It was a little confusing when we first arrived as to what door to actually go to to get in but its the stairs to the left. My daughter and I walked to the little shops and grabbed drinks from Tybeean and they are really good. Couches were comfortable, that is one thing that is a must for me to rent a home, the couches have to look comfortable and homey feeling.

The property wasn't quite as nice in person as the pictures make it look. You can tell some of the work done on the house was not done by professionals. We had easy access to wi-fi and check-in was easy. We did find a couple cockroaches(Palmetto bugs) in the house but as soon as we contacted them about the bugs they had a bug company come spray both times. Driveway access to one side was a bit difficult because of a tree so you had to angle in. Location was good, we were not far from the beach and several shops/restaurants.

The house was clean and well stocked, the parking area was buggy. Beaches were wonderful, parking was expensive, walking to beach was tough with 3 year old in tow- no sidewalks, or space at side of road, so we paid $4 per hr, minimum 2 hrs. With older kids would have been doable. Spacious house could easily accommodate 6.

Lovely little home

The space was lovely and the photos are accurate. We stayed during a bad storm - ended up having a leak in the bathroom ceiling that we had to handle. Also, with the heat and storm humidity it’s a shame you can’t get the bedroom fans to work without the light being on - odd system. Overall the property was exactly what we needed, the kitchen is well stocked, and they are kindly responsive on text to any concerns.

It was not what I expected. There was what they left what was needed was poor. Hand soap was left empty on the kitchen counter. No dishe cloths just a dried old sponge. No beach towels. The chairs in my living room had Cobb webs underneath. Nothing to use to clean the toilets. A good thing was what was that what was provided was the kitchen utensils and pots and pans was very good. I would not rent from them again. The driveway was a mess with dried up leaves.Also we had to carry our recycling ourselves, which was a pain in the ass!!!

Winter get away

House was a nice get away from the harsh Michigan winter. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Maintenance response was good when needed. Note it is an older modular home so a little quirky with small interior doors that have some gaps from settling or where they have been replaced. Overall it was comfortable for our three week stay.
