Amazing house in a quite little area. You can walk, or take the golf-cart to the Sea Wolf for some delicious food and cozy atmosphere. Huge hot tub for relaxing. House was decorated nicely and very clean with plenty of room to spread out. We even used the fire pit a couple of times for smores. Missy was a great host and very fast communication. Highly recommend.

The flamingo house was a piece of paradise! Not only is it a gorgeous home it’s stocked with everything you could want or need. The hot tub is massive and our kids had a blast exploring the island in the golf cart. The owner is the most accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful Vrbo owner I have ever rented from. We will be back to this beautiful home!

Beautiful cozy cottage with everything you need.

My family visited Tybee for my teens spring break. We rented this cottage because it is important, to us, that everyone have their own bedroom so that we can have family time and for everyone to have their own space. This cottage was beautifully decorated, and the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provided great family time. The beds in all bedrooms were comfortable. All of us enjoyed the hot tub and in the area, there was a t.v. which my teens really got a kick out of - sitting in the hot tub and watching their favorite show! The golf cart was an awesome additional to renting this cottage, it was great to explore the island and get to the beach. The area where the house is located is quiet and felt safe to all of us. I would definitely rent this cottage again!

Lovely property

The property is comfortable, lovely and well appointed with most everything you need. We cook and often bake on vacation and were able to do both with the supplies provided. We enjoyed all the amenities. A couple of items to prepare for - have bug spray or citronella, bring bottled water and for the property itself just get proper fitting sheets. We would go back yet be better prepared next time.

I can not say enough great things about Missy and her Cottage !! Missy’s communication was excellent! The cottage has it all, everything that you need is there! From beautiful decor, beach gear, golf cart, games, books, everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom!! Honestly I have been visiting Tybee for 25 years and hands down this is the best place I have ever stayed !!! I loved it and was super sad to leave !! My next visit will definitely be with one of Missy’s properties!!

Our family LOVED this house! Owner was awesome to work with and check in/out was simple and easy. Missy has truly thought of everything you need from the house to the beach! House was very clean & beautifully decorated. Felt like a cozy home away from home. We loved having a golf cart to tow us to and from the beach and around town. My boys loved playing ping pong & ring toss. We definitely plan to use this home for our vacation again! You will not be sorry for choosing this home!

I would choose this place again!

Book this place ASAP! My family and I booked this beautiful place for a weekend beach trip. Right from the start Missy (host) was amazing and attentive! She shared information about the island, and even helpful tips before our arrival. Missy is great at communicating and is beyond accommodating. We had two babies included in our stay and Missy made sure to include necessities for them as well! Now, the digs... Wow! Just wow! It is BEAUTIFUL! The porch was the perfect spot to have a morning coffee, and let the kids enjoy the beach air. Inside, is colorfully decorated and just stunning! There was more than enough space for all of us; 4 adults and 4 kids. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy our beach vacation. Missy provides nearly everything you need for the beach, essentially all you need to bring is a swimsuit. We absolutely loved our stay, the location was perfect near great food and fun and a quick jaunt to the beach. We had so much fun and the kiddos did not want to leave. You definitely don't want to miss this amazing stay!

10 star property

This Property is am amazing, the host has made this a must stay if you are going to stay at Tybee Island. We just came back from a 4 day stay here. The decor is magnificent. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds boy are they comfy, The Kitchen wow, any kind of utensil, appliance etc., that can image is there. This host has supplied it all, from the outside with a fire pit ping pong table, corn hole boards, tv, golf cart. all the beach gear you can think of and even a outside shower all for your use. Inside there are tv's in every room, shower gels and soaps in the showers, there are books games cards I could go on and on, This Host has done every thing to make your stay not only convenient but pleasurable as well, I give property not 5 star but 10, A huge thank you to Missy from Dean, Dan and Pat

Delightful cottage, wonderful host!

The cottage exceeded all our expectations. The cottage is in the best location - private and serene, yet conveniently close to everything on the island, including the beach. One of the biggest perks was the complimentary golf cart, which made exploring the island so much fun. Tybee Island is entirely golf cart-friendly, so having this at our disposal was a huge bonus. The coastal breezes coming over the marsh were absolutely amazing. The kids had a blast roasting s’mores at night and playing ping pong and giant Jenga. We were so impressed with every detail, from the charming decor to the comfortable amenities. We will definitely be back for sure!
