Great house

It is a great house for groups - close to lighthouse, within walking distance of beach and beach-side restaurant, good neighborhood. Lots of porch and outdoor spaces to relax in. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was NOTthe house, but the pool. We paid to have it heated, and I made clear to the manager that we were going to use the pool (we are all pool-owners, so enjoy the pool). We arrived to a warm, but filthy pool. Since it was the weekend, she couldn’t get anyone out until Monday to clean it, which she did. Tuesday it rained. We left on Wednesday……so you get the picture. We paid to be able to swim one day. But again, the house was great.

Best place ever!!!!!

Our family had to evacuate the Tampa Bay Area from hurricane Milton. We had a large group of kids, dogs, and adults. Communication with property manager was easy and smooth. Owners of this property were extremely generous and allowed for our extra animals because we were desperate to find a place while fleeing our home town. Each of the 6 bedrooms had their own bathroom suites except for one with dual kitchens and living rooms on each side of the house. Wonderful set up, we will be back. Thank you thank you!!!

Beach Bum Inn 2024

This house was extremely clean and the perfect size for our large family. There’s a lot to do and we really enjoyed staying there. The bed Swings on the front porch were awesome! We will definitely be back!

Girls trip

Beautiful layout and use of space. Both indoor and outdoor space was enjoyable. I woke each morning with a view of the sun rising behind the lighthouse from the screened in porch. We had a ball.

Very nice, great location

Myself along with my spouse and several friends came across this house, we needed a big one, total of 10 of us. It worked out great. The location is awesome. Every amenity you will need, and plenty of room,even with 10 of us we was not on top of one another. Will be back for sure.Thanks

Fun Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! From the kids to adults there was always something to keep us busy. The property is perfectly set up with all of its space properly utilized and so many small butr cute details. The pool was awesome! The kids spend hours in the pool and didnt want to get out. The house is blocks away from the beach and not far from restaurants/supermarkets. We had an awesome experience and look forward to renting again in the future.

Excellent and spacious property.

Renting this property was simple. It is BETTER than advertised. The decor is perfect for the place too. Our group (family) of 11 had plenty of space and the amenities are great. Everyone was comfortable. I’d stay here again for sure !

What a great extended family set up

We enjoyed our stay so much. Two sisters and our family celebrating a 50th birthday. Early 20s kids, school kids, middle aged parents. Working remotely, schooling remotely, beaching, pooling, gaming. Perfect spaces for everyone.

TYBEE- BLESSING IN DISGUISE!

Long story on how we came across this blessing in Disguise! From Covid cancelling our plans last year to our 1st house in Savannah being sold which gave us two months before our trip to find this wonderful place. Perfect place for our Family (Girls Trip) of 12. This home was a vacation in itself! We had all different ages which having everything on 1 floor was great! Lots of space but our favorite place to hang out was the 2 large Swings! Wonderful area quiet and was so nice to be so close to the North Beach entrance and Tybee Lighthouse!! Staff was wonderful and check in and out was a breeze!! Fully stocked two kitchens that had everything you needed. Beautiful pool was a great addition! Rooms were spacious and was wonderful to have 4 bathrooms. If you are looking for a great place book this you will be extremely happy and it could be your blessing In Disguise!

Best of Both Worlds

We were in town celebrating a bachelorette party. With Covid we wanted to be on the beach and enjoy the quietness but also be in good distance to downtown Savannah to enjoy that atmosphere. We did both and was amazing. The house was huge and plenty of space indoors and outdoors.

Would not go to Tybee again

We probably would not stay in Tybee again not very many things there to do the restaurants were just Average. The whole island needs to be upgraded. So many areas where grass wasn’t even mowed. The house we stayed in was definitely overpriced for the condition it’s in. Wasn’t very clean. . It met our needs but just needed some Maintenance done. We’ve stayed in other places much cheaper and with better amenities and things to do

Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better property.

The entire rental process was so simple and efficient. From check-in to check-out, everything was well organized and easy to understand. The house upon arrival was spotless, and they provided everything you could possible think to need. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was heavenly. We so loved the house that we will definitely return.

For families that enjoy each other’s company

My youngest grandson has severe food allergies. Having two kitchens took the constant worry of cross contamination out of our vacation equation . The soccer fans watched soccer while the baseball fans watched baseball while the real fans watched the Batchlorette all at the same time. Pool table or Pool swimming? Hard to choose. Each bedroom is separated with its own bathroom and the 18 of us were never in each other’s way. Ages 12-70, we had a blast.

House is old and worn. Family had a good time in spite of condition

First impressions is that this house is old and worn out for the money we paid. Bathrooms are old. Had to interrupt one family all day and night to do laundry. 2 Kitchens we were constantly going back and forth to get the correct utensils to cook. Rafters on the outside of house were hanging down. This is a haven for bees. Took 2 hours to sort out one t.v. Because the hdmi cable was in the bedroom. Housekeeping should make sure that everything works before turning it over for check in. Door knob on one bathroom came off. Smoke detector was laying on the kitchen cabinet. There were 3 that were missing. At least all of the bedrooms were covered. We chose this house because of the ping pong table and pool table in case of rain. The pool table needs to have all legs tightened up as the pockets fell on the floor everytime you made a shot. Grass needed to be mowed all around the property and neighbors as well. Killed several roaches crawling on the walls. The pictures of this place certainly do not reflect the current condition.
