Wonderful property

Perfect for two and a small dog. Loved he privacy of unit 5. Beautiful property, nicely decorated. Owner was super responsive when we tripped a circuit breaker. Don’t toast and microwave at rhe same time, just like home.

Great location, nice unit, host very responsive

My son and I had a great time at this location and would certainly consider coming back again. It was very close to beach, unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. The long wrap-around porch was very nicely laid out with cool features (outdoor bar, BBQ grill, etc.). It would be fun place to have a larger family gathering and rent several of the downstairs units. Our host did everything to make us feel welcome and was very responsive.

Great Place in Tybee

Perfect location to the beach, restaurants and bars. With the parking pass, we were able to visit areas of the island with ease. The location of the vrbo also allowed us to walk anywhere we needed. Will definitely look at staying here again.

Perfect getaway

Our little studio was perfect, I appreciated the extra little touches, attention to detail, and responsiveness. You can tell the owners take pride in a high quality experience. You can’t ask for a better location - walking to the beach and the boardwalk was a breeze and the parking pass made getting around the island a snap. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

We loved staying at 17th Street Inn.

What a great place! We loved staying at 17th Street Inn for the week. We stayed in #5. It looked exactly like the photos on VRBO. Our room was small but it was perfect for us. Super comfy bed, nice sized tv, great little kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, little refrigerator, dishwasher and a toaster oven and a little bathroom. The shower had really nice water pressure. We had a incredible little patio outside our room with a couple of Adirondack chairs. It was one our favorite places to relax during our stay. 17th Street Inn has a beautiful, large common space patio. Our room was located in the back. We'd walked through the patio to get to our room. It's like a little oasis. So pretty. But the location was the star of the show. A block from the beach. Two blocks from the bars, restaurants and shops on Tybrissa Street. The owner Jenny was super helpful and friendly but not overbearing. It was the perfect place for us to stay on Tybee Island. It was wonderful. We'd loved staying at 17th Street Inn. It's a special place. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us enjoy your Inn.

We would definitely stay here again. The Inn was perfectly located and cute as a button. The owners were super communicative despite an app issue. We requested different pillows during our stay and we’re obliged. Please note that shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the shower are not included. Pack your own, as local availability at the market and convenience stores is limited. There were some limited dishes, silverware, dish soap, cooking utensils, coffee pods, hand soap and shower towels. Plenty enough for us. Bring your own beach towels. There was a toaster oven, a microwave, mini fridge, and dishwasher. The deck surrounding the inn is adorable and includes two showers, lots of seating, and a grill.

My wife and I stayed here for the long weekend. We really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach and dining. The room is a bit small but it was all we needed!

Best stay for the money!

We adored this little studio apartment for our stay. Our room was tucked behind the house with our own private porch! It was a quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach! Wash off stations and additional porch seating was great! The owner was great to work with and responded well to our messages! We will be back!

17th Street Inn

This was the first vacation my boyfriend and I have taken together. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend staying here. The picture on the listing was the exact room we stayed in and it looked just as the preview shows. 100/10 recommend!
