We enjoyed our stay, other than rain from hurricane Erin, lol. The property was as advertised, very nice and well equipped. The only thing I can say is the cleaners left items under the bed in Master. Not a big deal but they need to make sure that gets taken care of. Also the curtains in the MB were off the track. None of this was a huge deal, overall this place is wonderful.

Amazing stay!

This was a great find! Right on the beach and recently renovated, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first Tybee trip. The kids loved the pool at the Deck and the central location made everything walkable. We would absolutely recommend this!

Tybee Time was awesome!

Very nice townhome. Great location. Easy access to the beach. Awesome oceanfront views with the upper master bedroom having the most amazing views of the ocean. Loved the extra space we got in this townhome. Overall, very nice place to stay if you're going to Tybee Island.

Atlantic Ocean unit 2

Have stayed in the Condos before. This was the first time in unit 2. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Only negative was pools are being renovated and were not open yet. We will definitely be back.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated, clean and enough space for everyone. Close to the beach and other activities. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tybee.

Great Week on Tybee Island

A really beautiful Ocean front condo in a perfect location. Two beautiful decks with great views. Well appointed . comfortable bedding. Management was professional. The unit was perfectly clean. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. I loved Tybee Island it was our first visit and we will be back. Some advice for future renters they did not provide beach towels so we did bring our own. Also there are no beach chairs in the unit so we used Berks beachfront rentals and they place chairs and umbrellas for us up for a fee every day. There is a conveniently located beach shop with just about anything you need across the street . Also has indoor parking in the garage with the outdoor shower which is very convenient. Also like the fact that there is a restaurant on site, The deck which was excellent.

Atlantic Ocean 2

From what we could see, probably one of the better properties in Tybee. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. Views of the Atlantic from both floors and a backyard exit right to the ocean. Pool area was nice but pools were small. On property restaurant was very good. Really only downside was that a garage door opener was not provided with rental, so someone had to manually close the garage each time. But overall would give 5 stars.

Beautiful condo but...

We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, right on the beach. Very clean. We were not happy with the fact that the elevator wasn’t working. This was a major selling point and the main reason I chose this property. We were traveling with three senior citizen, one of whom struggles greatly with stairs. They offered to move us to a different location but couldn’t tell us where it would be. We decided to stay at this condo anyway figuring that things happen and you adjust. But upon reading the guestbook on the coffee table, we found out the elevator is broken a lot. This should be reflected in the advertisement. We would have booked a different location had we known. I would NOT recommend this condo to anyone NEEDING an elevator. The property management Tybee Vacation Rentals, gave us $50 in a gift card to the deck for our inconvenience but that didn’t make it any easier for my senior mother to climb the stairs.

Couldn’t be helped !

Unfortunately there was a major beachfront repair project happening directly in front of our Condos that was scheduled to be finished before we arrived. It was not. And we were not advised when we made the reservation. There were huge heavy equipment loaders moving piles of giant pipes from the beach in front of us onto 18 wheel trucks lined up, motors running waiting in the alley directly beside us. It literally looked like they were going to swing the big pipes thru our glass doors ! And they started with the very loud backup beep- beep- beeps at 6:30am ! We did call TBR about this and they were very apologetic, but it was the “Town” at work and they had been given bad info on the end date. We also had issues with 2 of the TV’s which TBR tried to help with, but again it was someone else’s issue, this time the cable company, which we later understood was an issue all the time, all over the island. Normally you’re not at the beach to watch TV but it was February, cold, rainy and Super Bowl weekend. TBR, the rental agency was a bit frustrated with us at first, but then they really did try to help out. We ended up leaving a day early and they credited us our payment for that night. Things happen.

beautiful place to stay in Tybee

the townhome was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. The only items that we noticed were the lightbulbs appeared to be all out in the garage, so none of the switches worked. Also, the elevator in the unit was broken and there was a power wire hanging down from the attic to the elevator swagging in front of the washer and dryer. One side of the toaster was not working either. These are very minor issues and easy to fix. Otherwise the location was great, the beach was right there and everything else we needed was walking distance or a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
