Clean, sufficient, spartan

It is a nice upstairs apartment with adequate facilities. Could have used some utensils like a knife and some bare essentials like salt and pepper. The bed was comfortable. The "sleeper" sofa was not comfortable for sitting or sleeping; it's worn out. Best part is proximity to beach, park and restaurants.

Cozy and Clean

I think the property was well represented on the website. It was a small space but the amenities mentioned were there and in working order. The neighborhood made is easy to get around by bike for our whole stay. After we arrived we never used our car until time to leave.

The room was clean and in good condition. The reserved parking spot was also very nice. The beach was 2 blocks away and very easy to get too. Also, plenty of places to eat and drink around the unit. The shower in the bathroom could use some shelves to hold shower supplies along with a better window since the top window was clear so you could see out while showering. The main window in the unit needed a batter curtain/blind since you could see inside from the outside which was creepy at night.

Great stay overall

Despite the power being out for the first day and a half of our stay due to the hurricane, everything was great! Property managers updated us on power updates and checked in to make sure everything worked once the power was restored!

Family Vacation

Overall we were very happy with our stay. However, it is not really set up to make a meal. We tried and their is no knife (other than a butter knife), no bowl to make a salad, not sheet pan. Also, the sofa had no blankets. I did ask and they said look in the closet. I said we didn’t have closets. There was a horrible smell from the bathroom. Seems to be like a plumbing issue. Would be helpful if there was access to laundry when paying 1000+

This property is small and efficient for a couple or small family. My adult daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property is comfortable and close to the beach and other attractions on Tybee!! Would highly recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this little bungalow. It was clean and comfortable with good amenities. Location is everything and for a stay on the north side of the island you cannot beat this one. The beach public access is a very short walk which is key. Close by are a convenience store and some of the places to eat (The Deck) are walking distance as well. Highly recommend.

Nice, but needs updating

Room was just as pictured, however the couch was very uncomfortable. (no idea on sleeping on it). The television was in the path of the door opening. The outside stair light was unscrewed upon coming home at night due to there being no switch to turn it off. It would shine right in the apt. No privacy curtins at all. Mattress and pillows definitely need replacement. Very uncomfortable. Coffee maker was ridiculous. Overall, fun place to stay. This apt just needs some updates and repairs.

Tybee island 1st visit

We arrived 1 hour early and asked if we could go in and told no, was never updated when we could even though no one came to the property in that hour. The light outside was not working and we had to climb stairs in the dark. The listing said we had access to a washer and that wasn't true. The bed broke after the first night and my husband fixed because the screws holding the support bars were stripped.

Great little place

The unit is very nice. The only negative things my daughter and I had to say are the walls are very thin and the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. The other thing to make note of is that the kitchenette could use a light over the sink. Other than those things we really enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary Weekend

Nice space for two people. Cute room and very clean. Would of been nice to have beach chairs available. We bought some and left for future guest. If you don’t have a car it’s a bit of a walk to breakfast and dinner restaurants but quick walk to the beach. Easy Uber into Savannah. We enjoyed Tybee.

Great with 2 issues

The property is close to the beach and a great place to stay if you’re just going to need a place to sleep. It was clean, however we heard rodents running around in the attic several times. The second issue (really just something to be aware of, you may not mind) is that the walls are PAPER thin. I’m a heavy sleeper and have never had a problem with this, but it was kind of ridiculous. We heard every little thing happening with the other guests staying in the building. So if you’re sensitive to noise or wanting a quiet stay, this is something to consider. We brought our infant and it really disrupted his sleep (and ours). YMMV.
