6/10 Aceptable

The living area was very small. In the pictures it show chairs looking at the fireplace. If you actually set up the chairs that way to enjoy the fireplace you can't use the door to get in and out. You have to move the chairs every time you want to leave. The kitchen was very small because of a massive oversized cabinet. The bed was very uncomfortable. My wife had to sleep in the kids room because of her back hurting so much. The out side sitting area was very loud and uncomfortable due to the house upstairs A/C units. I wish the listing was more clear that you are staying in a renovated basement. The only windows to look out were in the kids room and the master bedroom that looked at a wall and the house next door. The A/C units do not keep the place cool. Luckily we packed our own fan and used a fan that was provided to attempt to keep cool at night. We keep our house at home at 72. The lowest you can go at Serenity at the Sea is 70 and never got that cool. Other than one spider in the bathroom the unit was clean. Location was nice. Easy walk to the pool, restaraunts, and beach.
