The unit was not clean when we arrived. After waiting an hour, you could tell things were rushed and not properly cleaned. The toilet needed to be repaired. The property management team did credit us some money back, which was helpful for our inconvenience. From a positive perspective, beach access is close by.and It was nice to see the view of the ocean each day..

This condo is an excellent choice if you want a beautiful view of the bay. Watching the dolphins play, shrimp boats and cargo ships pass by was lovely. It is quiet and perfectly located close to the pool, boardwalk to the bay and parking lot. The laundry room is across the hall. It was very clean and the decor was fresh and coastal in theme. I would stay here again! The only thing I would suggest is replacing the coach. It is old and dirty. I covered it with the extra sheets to be able to sit on it. The overall property is older and needs a fresh coat of stain and landscaping. New pool lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas.

Awesome getaway spot

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Awesome oven views from the sliding glass door and the deck. I can’t comment much on communication with the property manager, as there was no need for any communication. Everything was as it should be. Will definitely book this unit again.

Perfect getaway

This property is as advertised! Very clean, quiet , and safe neighborhood. Everything is a 5 minute drive from the property. The bed was super comfortable. Normally , I’m very picky with bed comfort, but this bed was as close to home as I’ve had. It’s small so I wouldn’t come with more than 2 people, but you’re coming here to enjoy all that Tybee had to offer.

Disabled veteran and had no problems

I couldn’t believe and understand how amazing the location is until I booked here. The private access and shells and fossils that were found was priceless….you can enjoy dolphins from the balcony and the shrimp boats and sunsets are one of the most beautiful things I have ever shared….respectfully thank you

Location! Location! Location!

Although the condo itself is small, it did not feel small. We spent most of our time on the patio looking out over the water. It was so fun to watch the wildlife and freighters. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the king size bed.

The view made this vacation perfect

A-219 was exactly what we expected, the view from the deck was so fantastic it made the trip. A couple other reviewers mentioned the bed, at first I thought it was a little soft but it never hurt my back and we slept very well. The first night you arrive you will get a text from the managers telling you to behave yourself.

Great Place

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. We loved the calm waters, quiet atmosphere, and daily dolphin views that the location offers. Very clean, great storage, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on in a rental property. Highly recommend!

The entire process from the search engine to the booking. The communication, the check in and check out. All went very seamlessly and smooth. The property is located on the Savannah River side of the Island. Very quiet relaxing. Lots of beautiful views from the balcony including many many dolphin swimming in the water out front. Beach access was right there and beach was maybe the cleanest I have ever seen. Just a few minutes from fantastic dining options. Well worth the trip!!!! Tybee never disappoints.

Very nice stay!

We so enjoyed our stay here! Very peaceful and calm. Enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning and evening. Beautiful sunsets every day too. Very comfortable condo. Hope to come back to Tybee Island soon
