This is a spacious, comfortable house in an excellent location. The house is easy walking distance from a beach access. Since the house is on the north end of the island just off the causeway it makes this a convenient location for exploring Savannah as well as Tybee island. This also means it's only a 15 minute drive to the larger grocery stores on the mainland! The pool is an excellent perk and the arcade has a nice selection of games. Host communication has been a real highlight of this stay as well-- Tony anticipated what we need to know and when and was really prompt with answering questions before and during the stay! Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay here was Top shelf. Tony was in contact with us the whole time. We received door entry code on the way down. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival. Kitchen is completely stocked with all the accessories you will need for your stay. We had 2 adults 60's 2 adults 20's and two adults at 18, a 17 year old, 1 infant and 2 dogs. There was more than enough room for all of us. Restaurants were great. There is one called Huccaboos that is super close. You can walk there if you wanted. The best part of all....The pool, the pool, the pool & the pool. It is beautiful and huge. We all spent a lot of time in it. Kids loved the arcade room right off the pool area. Actual kids loved everything about this rental as we all did. We can't until we can go back again. I give it 10 stars. Once again props to Tony. He could not have been more accommodating.

Beautiful House and Pool

The pool and game room were a standout feature for the teenagers in our group (and the adults).The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The sunsets were beautiful from the rooftop deck.Tony was an great host.

Most awesome home on the island

Scott and I and my daughter and her family just spent a fabulous week at Sunset Villa. From the comfortable rooms to the largest pool on the island, I recommend this home to everyone. Tony is the most gracious host. From helping with a flat tire, to restaurant recommendations, he is the best! If you are looking for a home to spend time in, this is it.

4 day trip attend a wedding

We loved the house and location was great! Bonus private pool and game room with two tv screens. Elevator was handy transporting luggage to 2nd and 3rd floor. Will definitely stay again. Loved Sundae Cafe for seafood and steaks. Also crab shack for peel and eat shrimp. Crocodile lagoon you can feed also. Short walk to Typee coffee and little shops..my fav was shell shop bought most of gifts there.

Sunset Villa was great!

We were three couples that booked the Sunset Villa for a short 4 day vacation. From day one the host Tony kept us informed of everything related to our stay. The check in was seamless, the house was spotless and beautiful and everything was as listed. The house had everything you could want from dishes to furniture to elevator to TV's. The pool area was fantastic with a game room, several TV's. a swim up bar, gas grill and griddle, nice pool furniture and best of all a heated pool. I can't recommend this house and Tony enough. If you want a great place to stay this is it.

Couldn't ask for better

We visit Tybee at least once a year- we will only visit now if we can stay in one of Tony's properties. The homes are beautiful, well cared for, and Tony truly goes out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly. This home is large and has everything we needed. It is steps from the beach and the pool is incredible. Can't wait to come back!

Terrific in Tybee

This house was beautiful inside and out. Ocean breezes greeted us every morning. Plenty of room for hanging, watching movies and eating with the family. The hit of our week was the pool and game room. From a 11 year old to 60 year olds there was much time spent swimming talking and playing. Perfect family vacation - Thank You Tony!!

Incredible spot for extended family vacation!!

My family just wrapped up a multi-day Thanksgiving stay at Tony's offering. Included two sibling families plus grandparent arriving from four different cities. Nine people in the total party including four adults, two older teens, and three younger teen boys. Hard to imagine that we could've picked a better, more convenient, more accommodating, and/or more enjoyable lcoation. Tony was easy to work with and a great host from start to finish. Came to introduce himself during our stay; was easy to reach with questions. The place itself was amazing. Space galore and in all the most useful ways. Plenty of space to come together and plenty of space to be apart across our age groups. We never felt cramped. The kitchen was spacious and the full dining room and table worked perfectly for seating our family for all our meals together. Can't say enough about four bedrooms with ensuite private baths--to each his/her own!! The bunk room was perfect for our boys; the game room made their stay. Was too cold during our stay for pool use. Temperature differential made the cost of pool heating impractical for us, but we loved having it there. During warmer months, would be heaven. Home was very clean. Had everything we needed. Location was great. Easy to get to/from by vehicle. Walking access to the beach was so nice. Rooftop deck made evening sunset watching with drinks lovely. Access to local shops was wonderful. I've run out of adjectives. STAY HERE!!

Relaxing Island Style

Tony was great and a life saver. He went above and beyond in making our stay a vacation to remember. The home was elegant, clean and just overall beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. I will definitely be staying again with this company and in one of Tony's homes.

Amazing Pool/Beach Property

We had 3 couples stay for a week at this property. The outdoor space is absolutely amazing - the pool, game room and outdoor grill were fantastic. We enjoyed watching sunsets, container ships and dolphins from the rooftop deck as well. It is a very short walk to the beach where you can walk, play or dolphin watch. The interior of the home is dated but well maintained and clean and definitely spacious. The air conditioning on the 3rd floor was a bit of a challenge; had to be repaired during our stay and never really worked well but I'm sure this will be repaired. Tony lives nearby so he is available and very responsive. If you have a large party and enjoy being outdoors, this property is for you. We would definitely return and hope to in the future.

Beautiful home and great location!

This is not only a beautiful home but spacious and offers something for every age range. The teenagers on our trip really enjoyed the pool and arcade room. The location can't be beat for proximity to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet. Watching sunsets from the rooftop deck and enjoying coffee each morning from the same chairs were great! Tony was communicative and jumped in whenever needed. We look forward to returning to this rental and would recommend to anyone.

Awesome!

Would not hesitate to stay here again, everything was top notch. If your going with family, the pool and game room are amazing.The pool is actually bigger in person. Communication with Tony was seamless. Walk to to beach was shorter and nicer than I thought it would be (it’s the quiet side of the beach which is great, you can still drive to the main beach which is busier but still a lot of fun). Nothing negative to say at all.

Well worth the money

Great location with close beach access. House is beautiful and had the most well appointed kitchen I’ve ever been in. Tony, the owner, was easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions and minor issues. Would stay here again.
