Amazing stay

I highly recommend families stay here. We had the most wonderful stay. The oil is great, the walk to the beach and restaurants is easy and quick. The house is beautiful and the owner has so many extraordinary little touches; like flowers, city parking permit, shampoos and necessary items.

Beautiful Southrrn Style Home

We are a group of high school friends coming together once a year for a vacation. Tony’s place is lovely! It’s very clean, has a nice large well stocked kitchen, and lots of room. There’s a hot tub, too! Also a lovely in ground outdoor pool, complete with numerous inflatable floats, a large screen tv and an outdoor bathroom and shower. We had a great time here:)

Amazing House and Host!!

Tony was amazing from initial booking through the end of our stay with communication and ensuring we had everything we needed for wonderful stay. House was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, the pride Tony takes in the property can be seen in all aspects of house /pool/yard! We would surely stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing our family to have an amazing first visit to Tybee Island!

Fantastic Property, Better than Described

What a great 5 day stay! I can't say enough good things about this property....from Tony the superhost, to the amazing pool, to the super clean house that is unbelievable well appointed. We are definitely coming back this summer and for anyone looking to rent this property, you won't be sorry. Top notch.

Tybee Time

Tony was indeed a “super host!” Our three generation family had a blast staying on his property! The house was clean, organized, well stocked, and full of little extras such as fresh flowers, goody bag, and chocolates. We enjoyed the amazing pool, sauna, hot tub, game room, and beach area which was only a short walk away. We hope to be back soon!

Loved the house! The hot tub, Outdoor Grilling station, swim up bar and pool were perfect. My family loved the house and all the extras it has. Tybee is a great community. You will find yourself saying “Should I move hear” only a 15 minute drive to Savannah. We will be back!

This house is terrific!!!!

We have been staying on Tybee every year for 10 years now. This house is by far the best we have stayed in. Even better there is another house right next door that enabled all of our family and friends to be close. This really enhanced our Tybee experience this year. We will definitely choose this house again for our future Tybee adventures. We give it our highest recommendation!!

40th bday getaway for st paddy’s say

This property and host (Tony) was excellent! The house and pool are beautiful and fit our 10 adult guests from PA perfectly. Tony was very accommodating and attentive for anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The weather in March was in the 70s all week and was perfect for st paddy’s day parade in Savannah and relaxing in pool afterwards. Highly recommend!

Significantly better than the pictures

It’s uncommon for a house to be better then the photos but this one was. Toothbrushes, tooth paste shampoo conditioner party cups pool floats all for use in a nice gift bag. House also has beach supplies for use too Amazing pool quiet street. 2 minute walk to the beach. Tony was awesome.

Everything we wanted and more!

It was so convenient getting to the beach. The home had a beach wagon, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. The pool was perfect for the 3 children and 4 adults, with lots of pool toys. Our week started off rainy, but that wasn’t a problem. There were plenty of games and activities for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, cookware, and dishes. Tony went above what was expected to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. THANK YOU, TONY!!!!

Tybee Island Comfort

The property was accurately described and even better upon arrival. A very comfortable quiet location. Our host/owner was immediate in communication response and ensured we were happy. It has more than the comforts of home! Everything was clean and he had the pool cleaned mid-stay. There was even a parking pass for downtown provided. I would not hesitate in coming back.

A true gem, both home and host

We absolutely loved our stay on Tybee Island. My family was joined by dear friends, and all four adults and three children fit more than comfortably with room to spare.The porches, including the roof deck, are beautiful features of the home, giving you ample extra space to relax and stretch your feet.There’s a great balance of outdoor activities, natural beauty, and in-home entertainment options. The heated pool and hot tub along with the outdoor cooking facilities are sensational!You have a great coffee shop, a fun bar and restaurant and other sorts of little shops within a five minute walk. The beach is also an easy walk and there are supplies in the garage.Tony, the host, is helpful, attentive, friendly, but also stays out of your way. Thanks for a relaxing vacation!

Joy 4th stay

This place looks beautiful but the pictures actually might not do it justice. Place was everything we hoped it was and more. We had a brief issue with the Wifi when we first arrived. Tony, the owner, was incredibly responsive and came over himself to fix it on a holiday. Would give 6 stars

Great spot!

We had a great visit to Tybee. Our home was well equipped, clean, and plenty of space. Pool was the highlight. We loved our location. We had some great food and hangout options close by (walking distance). We rented golf carts to drive around the island. We visited the pier and restaurants there, North Beach by the lighthouse and enjoyed our beach access. The crab shack was a really unique restaurant right off the island super close to our house. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tony for a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot!

We were visiting family in Savannah and had 2 teenagers with us. The house was fantastic! Many things to do including the heated pool (which Tony heated in advance for our arrival), the hot tub, the game room and the beach around the corner. This was a well appointed kitchen and excellent layout so that we could easily host dinner. We loved the location as well. We could easily hop onto 80 to go into Savannah, take morning walks to the lighthouse, quick drive to the pier and great slice at Huc A Poos nearby. Tony was a wonderful host! Extremely responsive and great suggestions for things to do/where to eat when we wanted to explore. We look forward to staying there again in the future when we’re back visiting family!

Amazing weekend in Tybee and Savannah!

Tony’s home is all that you need and more. From the beautiful pool, to the hot tub, to the multiple gorgeous decks, there are so many great spots to enjoy. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and had plenty of space/bathrooms for 10 girls. The house was clean and had everything we needed, from shampoo, to toothpaste, to plenty of towels. The beach is just a short walk away and there are great restaurants and bars walking distance as well. Tony was truly a super host and was easy to communicate with. He even let us check in 4 hours early since that’s when our flight was getting in. Thank you again Tony for a great weekend!

Perfect VRBO

The property was exactly as described and depicted in pictures. The layout of the home was perfect from multiple ages or groups to gather separately. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Every detail of the home including misc supplies, toys, games etc was well thought out. Tony is amazing, very meticulous and responsive. We had zero issues. The pool is amazing with the in-pool bar seating and adjoining bar area (is it a bar with a pool, or a pool with a bar :) The whole family loved the pool - lots of inflatables, volleyball net, an amazing built-in outdoor grill/kitchen by the pool - simply amazing! Hot tub was great too, especially on the cooler nights of March. The walk to the beach is short. 1 block from a groovy little shop area with Huc-a-poo bar, Tybean Coffee shop, pottery, art, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Private Resort Home/Pool for All Ages

The property is amazing and even better than the photos! The pool with the swim up bar and the lounge chairs makes you feel like you have your own private resort. Tony had plenty of pool floats and toys for all ages. The new outdoor kitchen was another great feature. The fenced yard was another great convenience for our two dogs. The inside of the house was well cleaned and the most well stocked vacation home we have ever used! Tony thought of everything including fresh flowers, candy, laundry and dish detergent, and extra toothpaste and toothbrushes! Tony was available whenever we needed him and was there to greet us. He was even kind enough to receive our grocery delivery order that arrived earlier than we did, unloading all of our items to the fridge/freezer and the kitchen. It was a great start to a fantastic week. We will definitely be using this property again.
