"The location was amazing. We were right next to the beach and close to some great surfing spots. I thought we were out of the craziness of downtown Santa Cruz and it was very peaceful. We use the roof deck a lot which an amazing view and everything was supplied for us, including coffee. "

"Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard....

"We had a wonderful time at Josh's house in Santa Cruz! There was plenty of space and amenities for our group of friends to comfortably stay for a couple of nights! Josh's communication was on point and the house was exactly as described (and thank you for the tasty welcome pastries!)The only inconvenience was that the first day it was somewhat warm since there didn't seem to be central A/C, but it cooled down by the evening after opening some windows!Overall, highly recommended for a larger...
