"Stayed here with my brother and both our boys, for a guys trip. This place had 4 beach chairs, 4 big comfy beach towels and a cooler. That was just what we needed. The kitchen was small, but clean and organized. Each room has its own remote to set the temperature which cooled it very well. The remote was hidden behind the curtain mounted on the wall.Walk into town, be careful to look for cars. Next door has a rundown house, but the people were friendly.Found a few board games that we could...

"The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly situated between the less-touristy sides of the Island. We were there for the National Park experience primarily, and the house's location was a short distance to all things interesting: hiking, snorkeling, bars, and grocery stores. The driveway is a bit daunting, particularly without back-up cameras in a lot of the rental vehicles, but it is doable. The large patio is meant for sipping cocktails and every possible cooking utensil was there....

"Absolutely lovely home in a gated villa with fully stocked kitchen, private pool / sun deck and comfortable couches, screened in porch and king size bed! Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. Great location up the hill (8 min drive) from restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. Would highly recommend!"

"Away from it all with a great view. Rental is a must and address a little hard to find. Kudos to some dude walking his dog who helped us out. Great owner and good communication. Look forward to going back. St John is the best. "

"We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

"We have been all over the Caribbean and have rented all over St John in multiple properties. This rental is an incredible gem, the views of the sunset and glittering St Thomas are spectacular. Minutes from beaches, grocery, Cruz Bay there is no better location on the island. The hosts have been on the islands for decades and are a font of excellent information and respond very quickly to inquiries. Tradewinds offers spectacular views, comfortable accommodations, easy access to great beaches and snorkeling, amazing stargazing, beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen. Krista is a super friendly, helpful and responsive host. We can't wait to return!"

"Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay."
