We will definitely come back as we could not be happier with the location, cleanliness, and quick response time of the management company.Steps to the beach and main beach was within a few minute walk. Grocery store across the street and the taco stand, which is amazing, is 30 yards away."

"The location is in the prefect area of Laguna Beach. We did not use our car. We could walk to park shops and restaurants easily. The ocean views look even better in person compared to the pictures. Look forward to staying here again. "

The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. "The location is amazing, the view is incredible. The only reason we did not give a full 5 stars is the property is a little run down. The HVAC did not work but they had mobile window AC units in each room, there is a hole in the primary ceiling, and it lacks general property maintenance (ie: exterior paint, rusty stair rail ect.) All this aside we would stay again because of the location and view. "

"The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience. "We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit.
