"The owner was very helpful. I had a great room with a mountain view but no sun and it was cold, so the owner offered an alternate sunny warm room which was great. Fantastic hot wayer :)"

"Room and staff were good. Amenities were provided but was not upto standards, for ex the towel were dirty. The quilt provided was dirty. The bed was very loose as in it gets separated from middle very easily."

We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are...
