Extraordinario!!!!
Extraordinaria mi experiencia. Sin duda una excelente opción en Tulum si gustas de ambiente sofisticado, limpio, para pareja y sin estar en medio del ruido y la fiesta pero con muy buena ubicación. Las habitaciones muy amplias y el servicio maravilloso.

Had a blast, a wonderful property with amazing service! Great people at the restaurants, the concierge service was absolutely flawless. Loved the rooms. Highly recommend staying on the higher floor with a plunge pool. They keep it warm and nice to relax..! Absolutely amazing. Couldn’t be better!

Hotel is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. The staff on the front desk are the best. They went above and beyond for us. Couldn’t have asked for more. Only thing I would say is…AC in the room blew directly onto the bed so woke up with a sore throat/blocked nose each night.

What a magical location! I traveled to Tulum with a friend for a week and we really couldn't fault a thing. From the beautiful setting on the beach, to the restaurant and bar from which to watch the turquoise ocean just steps away; from the incredible staff throughout the property, to the clean and spacious room, which was modern yet very in-fitting with the eco-friendly and jungle-meets-beach environment - we were never disappointed. The food was great - breakfast is included, and you can pick from an extensive menu of hot and cold dishes - and the cocktails go down very well too! A huge shout out to the staff in the property, including the wonderful Sofia, Valeria, Fabiola and Armando on the front desk. Everyone was so helpful and nice, and it's not often you leave a holiday giving big hugs to the hotel team as you go. Taxis into town are around $30, which is standard for Tulum beach, but they are always available. Plenty of eating options within walking distance as well as a cab ride away. Just ask the front desk team for recommendations and they will find something to suit your taste. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend the hotel. A slice of Mexican paradise. We had great time at Ma’xanab. The rooms and common areas are amazing and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. The restaurant serves very tasty dishes and we loved the included generous breakfast. We really felt special and lucky to be there for 5 days and would have stayed longer if we could. We highly recommend this resort!

What a beautiful hotel, it really captures the spirit of Tulum. We stayed in the Ocean front suite and the views are incredible. All of the hotel staff were polite, friendly and very accommodating. The concierge service really made our stay a piece of cake, they were able to help us with whatever we needed!

Hotel was situated in a great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Hotel is meant for a quiet vacation--things shut down around 10:30PM. They have limited # of rooms, so the staff was very attentive to our needs. They have bikes you can use as well to get around (streets are narrow, so you need to be careful). We went with a group of 6, and the staff was beyond accommodating, helping us coordinate dinners and excursions. The last night, our AC went out, and they held an extra room for us, so we could have a good nights sleep before our flights. Breakfast menu was limited, but options were delicious!

Ma’ xanab is a gem of a spot centrally located in Tulum’s Hotel Zone. The room was well appointed, clean, and comfy bed. The beachfront location and well appointed private beach we excellent for sunbathing and swimming. It has ample private cabana seating for couples and loungers with umbrellas for solo guests. The best part of this boutique hotel is the restaurant and wait staff. If you ever get an opportunity to visit this restaurant do so immediately!!! Everything is on the menu is perfectly prepared and and cooked to your desire. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing few days at Maxanab. The staff was incredibly gracious and made us feel at home. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, situated on the beach within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the spa and their variety of massages. I don’t usually write reviews but I love our time there at Hotel Ma’xanab. The staff is very nice and friendly. It is also very personalized. One of us got sick and the hotel really stayed attentive and helped out a lot. It was a great experience. I would definitely come back. Also the hotel has 1 restaurants but I would say the food is healthy and good. The menu still has Mexican and Mayan cuisine but very healthy choices. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I needed a vacation from my kids and husband, so I went on a solo trip to relax and connect to myself for the first time. I chose Ma’xanab! It was exactly what I was expecting and looking for. Even more than that: the healthy cookies in the room are unlimited and super tasty. In addition to that, the variety of delicious food menu options, can be customized to each person’s preferences and dietary restrictions. All the staff is super friendly and kind! The beach is marvelous and made an incredible scenario for my morning and afternoon runs. I will definitely be back and, hopefully, will take my husband to this peaceful paradise next time.

We fell in love with Hotel Ma'xanab during our 3 night stay, it only took a short time to feel like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the property is cozy and beautifully designed, and the restaurant was exceptional. Everything from the welcome cookies, handmade by the hotel restaurant, to the hauntingly beautiful playlist at the poolside set the tone. On our last night, we had the privilege of seeing a newborn sea turtle hatched right on their beach. It was magical! We also loved seeing how much care is put in to protecting the turtles nesting ground, and the staff's dedication to this was inspiring. We stayed 3 more days down the beach at Be Tulum, and although it is a beautiful property, there was such a high bar set by the staff at Ma'xanab, that the experience fell short. This hotel really cares about the guest experience, and it shows. We hope to make it back soon!

Had such an exceptional stay at Maxanab (Ma-shah-nab). From the time of booking until we left, everything was just phenomenal. As soon as our booking was confirmed the Hotel then reached out if we needed assistance with anything. Checking in was quick and communication was great with front desk and restaurant through watsapp. Our room was beautiful and relaxing and was turned down everyday. Location is good. You can borrow their bikes and visit other resorts and restaurants/shops outside for an easy 10-20min ride or less. The beachfront was beautiful but unfortunately it was seaweed season for July and we were not able to swim at the beach. The restaurant also serves amazing food! There are so many good and wonderful things about this hotel that is hard to mention without having to write such a long review so its best to just go there and experience it yourself. The only very minor thing i would change is to have their hair dryer blow both hot and cold and not just cold air. the staff from housekeeping to restaurant staff and front desk were wonderful. The ladies were helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations about where to go and eat! Here at Maxanab, its pricey but you get what you pay for, an enjoyable, luxurious and wonderful experience! This hotel definitely made our trip to Tulum a memorable one!
