"Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. The spa was one of the best massages I have ever had! We will definitely return! "

"The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to...

"The cottage was perfect for our group of six. The three kids slept unstairs. My daughter liked sitting in the hallway and reading at night to all of them. The bedrooms on the lower level were spacious and just right for the adults.Our favorite parts were the garden room and the great table for eating together and playing games. The location was perfect for our daily hikes in Treman, Buttermilk, Watkins Glen, Sapsucker Woods, and Taughannock Falls. It was great to find a cooler in the house...

"All the amenities of home and amazing views- access to beautiful Cayuga Lake. Our boys enjoyed fishing and kayaking. Adults enjoyed the fire pit right next to the water at night. We all LOVED IT!!!"
